Hello everyone, I hope you are all excellent, fried chicken is my favorite food and there are many ways to make it either grilled, in black sauce, I like it breaded, it is always fried in a traditional way, then I will tell you the ingredients you need.
Ingredients
- Chicken cut into strips
- Wheat flour
- Mustard
- Potato
- Pringles
- Oil
Preparation
- Cut the chicken into very thin strips and season as desired.
- Add wheat flour and a few spoonfuls of mustard, and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Mash the pringles potatoes in very small pieces or you can use the ones of your preference.
- Place in a frying pan with abundant oil.
It is accompanied with mashed potatoes, this is optional, some people like it with fried arepa, I made a mashed potato, if there are more people, the quantity is increased.
Frankly I can tell you that the chicken gains in flavor with the mashed potatoes although it takes away a little of the consistency that it already has with the mustard and the wheat flour. I decided to do this test to discover another flavor, since I had seen it on several occasions there are those who bread it with neutral cereal.
Hola a todos, espero que estén todos excelente, el pollo frito es mi comida favorita y hay muchas formas de hacerlo ya sea a la plancha, en salsa negra, a mi me gusta empanizado, siempre se fríe de manera tradicional, a continuación les diré los ingredientes que necesitan.
Ingredientes
- Pollo cortado en tiras
- Harina de trigo
- Mostaza
- Patata
- Pringles
- Aceite
Preparación
- Cortar el pollo en tiras muy finas y sazonar al gusto.
- Añadir harina de trigo y unas cucharadas de mostaza, y mezclar hasta obtener una consistencia homogénea.
- Triturar las patatas pringles en trozos muy pequeños o puede utilizar las de su preferencia.
- Colocarlas en una sartén con abundante aceite.
Se acompaña con puré de papa, esto es opcional, a algunos les gusta con arepa frita, yo hice un puré de papa, si son más personas se aumenta la cantidad.
Francamente les puedo decir que el pollo gana en sabor con el puré de papa aunque le quita un poco la consistencia que ya tiene con la mostaza y la harina de trigo, decidí hacer esta prueba para descubrir otro sabor, ya que lo había visto en varias ocasiones hay quien lo empaniza con cereal neutro.
