- Good evening, dear friends! I hope you're feeling great! Today, I'll explain step by step how to make a delicious and fluffy chocolate cake. There are countless ways to make it, but this recipe is one of my favorites, because it's so simple and the result is so delicious and appetizing!
- Buenas noches queridos amigos, espero se encuentren genial! Hoy, les explicaré "paso a paso" como preparar un "exquisito y esponjoso bizcocho de chocolate". Existen infinidad de versiones para su preparación, esta receta es una de mis favoritas, por lo sencilla y por el resultado tan sabroso y apetitoso!
- INGREDIENTS: 3 eggs, 2 cups of wheat flour, 5 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of sunflower oil, 1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- INGREDIENTES: 3 huevos, 2 tazas de harina de trigo, 5 cucharadas de cacao, 1 taza de leche, 1 taza de azúcar, 1/4 taza de aceite de girasol, 1 cucharadita colmada de polvo de hornear y pizca de sal.
- Add the eggs to a bowl, along with the sugar, and beat for 5 minutes or until the mixture has turned whitish and the eggs have doubled in size.
- Agregamos a un bowl los huevos, junto con el azúcar, batimos durante 5 minutos o hasta comprobar que la mezcla tomó un color blanquecino y los huevos duplicaron su tamaño.
- Next, we add the sunflower oil... We add the milk, I suggest it be a little warm.
- A continuación, incorporamos el aceite de girasol... Añadimos la leche, les sugiero esté un poco tibia.
- In this step, we add the "wheat flour" along with the pinch of salt (previously sifted). We will do this process in two steps... We add the cocoa, mixing with gentle, enveloping movements.
- En éste paso, colocamos la "harina de trigo", junto con la pizca de sal (previamente tamizados), este proceso lo haremos en dos pasos... Integramos el cacao, mezclamos con movimientos suaves y envolventes.
- The last ingredient to add is the baking powder... Pour our succulent mixture into a greased and floured baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. The time will depend on your oven's power.
- El último ingrediente en añadir será el polvo de hornear... Incorporamos nuestra suculenta mezcla a un molde enmantequillado y enharinado. Horneamos a 180 grados durante 50 minutos o hasta comprobar que está listo, el tiempo dependerá de la potencia del horno.
