Buenas noches queridos amigos, espero estén pasando una semana genial! En esta ocasión, les explicaré como preparar un exquisito y saludable "postre tropical con yogurt y gelatina, relleno con bananas y mango". Disfrutarán de una maravillosa cremosidad y del sabor refrescante que aportan nuestras frutas. Espero disfruten el "paso a paso" de ésta sabrosa receta, pongámonos el delantal para empezar nuestro divertido proceso!
INGREDIENTS: mango, bananas, passion fruit Greek yogurt, pineapple gelatin, and milk (preferably whole milk).
INGREDIENTES: mangos, bananas, yogurt griego de parchita, gelatina de piña y leche (preferiblemente entera).
PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN
Add the gelatin mix to a bowl, then add 1 cup of hot water and mix until well combined. Add 2 cups of cold milk. The suggested amounts will depend on the package instructions. In my case, I used 22 grams of gelatin powder.
Incorporamos la mezcla de gelatina en un bowl, colocamos 1 taza de agua caliente, mezclamos hasta integrar bien... Agregamos 2 tazas de leche fría. Las cantidades sugeridas dependerá de las instrucciones del empaque, en mi caso utilicé 22 gr de polvo de gelatina.
Next, we add the yogurt... this ingredient will add a spectacular texture! I thought it was great to use passion fruit yogurt, as the flavor pairs perfectly with the fruits I used.
A continuación, añadimos el yogurt... este ingrediente aportará una textura espectacular! Me pareció genial utilizar yogurt de maracuyá, ya que el sabor combina perfecto con las frutas que utilicé.
We add a portion of the gelatin to a deep container and place it in the refrigerator or freezer until we've reached the right consistency, so we can add the fruit and ensure it stays on the surface.
Agregamos en un envase hondo una porción de la gelatina, llevamos a la nevera o congelador hasta comprobar que tomó la consistencia adecuada, para así poder añadir las frutas y que se mantengan en la superficie.
We add the mango, cut into small cubes... We add the chopped banana.
Integramos el mango, cortado en cubos pequeños... Añadimos la banana troceada.
We add the rest of the mixture and put it back in the fridge or freezer so we can decorate it with mango pieces.
Incorporamos el resto de la mezcla, volvemos a reservar en la nevera o congelador, para así poder decorar con trocitos de mango.
