Celebrando con ustedes y su iniciativa para su primer año en #HIVE, son días de logros y éxitos para celebrar en grande esta ardua labor, mucha felicidades a todo el equipo @Hive Food y también a su administradora amorosa @marialeo07 asi que les deseo muchos años más de celebraciones en #HIVE y como en toda celebración hay invitación no puedo dejar de invitar mis amigas @josdelmi y @zoraida01 para que participen en esta iniciativa respondiendo las siguientes preguntas.

Celebrating with you and your initiative for your first year in #HIVE, these are days of achievements and successes to celebrate big time this hard work, many congratulations to all the team @Hive Food and also to your loving administrator @marialeo07 so I wish you many more years of celebrations in #HIVE and as in every celebration there is invitation I can't help but invite my friends @josdelmi and @zoraida01 to participate in this initiative by answering the following questions.

Now let's answer some fun and simple questions in this celebratory initiative.
Respondiendo a la 1ra pregunta:
Esta hermosa comunidad la conocí visitando la lista de comunidades en Hive pues ya publicaba en otra comunidad de comida y como me gusta mucho cocinar, ver y comparar otras recetas y culturas gastronómicas a nivel mundial , entonce me puse a indagar otras comunidades pienso que Hive es muy amplio y universal y debemos participar en todo lo que nos de la oportunidad de dar a conocer nuestro talento, hábitos, destrezas y creatividad y así conocí a @hivefood y me gustó mucho esta comunidad latina .
Respondiendo a la 2da pregunta:
Creo que desde que comencé a cocinar y publicar para hivefood lo he hecho con mucho amor y siento que todas mis publicaciones son importante porque le dedico el tiempo, interés y creatividad a cada una de ella pero cuando me pregunta cual es la mejor receta publicada aquí bueno te puedo nombrar y mostrar con estas cuatros fotos entre tantas recetas me siento muy orgullosa.
Respondiendo a la 3ra pregunta:
Mi experiencia en @hive food es maravillosa he aprendido mucho de la comunidad , de su gente , recetas , gastronomía, culturas y tradiciones en la comida y mira que me gusta comer de todo y crear nuevas e internacionales receta a nivel mundial es una satisfacción para mi .
Respondiendo 4ta pregunta :
Desde luego que si recomendaría esta comunidad de comida a todos mis amigos en Hive porque es una comunidad que siempre intenta darle a cada participante una oportunidad y aliento para que descubra su verdadera creatividad en el arte culinario.
Respondiendo a la 5ta pregunta:
Se que es una comunidad joven; pero en crecimiento yo tampoco tengo mucho tiempo aquí en hive así que sigo aprendiendo y aveces me desmotiva y quiero tirar la toalla porque pienso que aunque me esfuerzo y trato de hacerlo cada día mejor no siempre siento que reconozcan mi talento ... pero la vida es así con altas y bajas así que me animo de nuevo y sigo adelante ..... yo motivaria a esta comunidad a mejorar sus concurso e iniciativas, aunque ya son bueno y también deberían valorar cada participación porque son concurso así sea con puntos mínimos pero también sé que así muchas personas se sumarían a publicar y a participar aquí en esta comunidad con sus recetas o experiencias gourmet .
Respondiendo a la 6ta pregunta :
Sugerencia de corazón :
▪︎ hacer concurso semanales o mensuales.
▪︎ es importante el idioma español pero deberían dejar hacerlo con mucho más idiomas, para que vean a nivel mundial nuestras publicaciones y así captar la participación de más curadores universales .
▪︎ que la iniciativas de una celebración o comida también provenga de los mismo participantes.
▪︎que incorpore más concurso con reto creativos de algunos lugares , restaurantes ,mercados, cultura y gastronomía de países de todo el mundo eso permitiría investigar, aprender y conocer.
▪︎ pero como esto es un trabajo y diversión y el trabajo se hace con amor, dedicación, tiempo y estudio... entonces les sugiero que traten de valorar y apoyar más a cada uno, sea viejo o nuevo en la comunidad, es motivador y alentador para cada participante, pienso que así crecería aún mucho más esta comunidad .

Answering the 1st question:
I met this beautiful community visiting the list of communities in Hive because I was already publishing in another food community and as I love to cook, see and compare other recipes and gastronomic cultures worldwide, then I started to investigate other communities I think that Hive is very broad and universal and we should participate in everything that gives us the opportunity to make known our talent, habits, skills and creativity and so I met @hivefood and I really liked this Latin community.
Answering the 2nd question:
I think that since I started cooking and publishing for hivefood I have done it with a lot of love and I feel that all my publications are important because I dedicate the time, interest and creativity to each one of them but when you ask me which is the best recipe published here well I can name you and show with these four photos among so many recipes I feel very proud.
Answering the 3rd question:
My experience in @hive food is wonderful I have learned a lot from the community , its people , recipes , gastronomy , cultures and traditions in food and look I like to eat everything and create new and international recipe worldwide is a satisfaction for me .
Answering the 4th question:
Of course yes I would recommend this food community to all my friends on Hive because it is a community that always tries to give every participant a chance and encouragement to discover their true creativity in the culinary art.
Answering the 5th question:
I know it's a young community; but growing I don't have much time here on hive either so I'm still learning and sometimes it discourages me and I want to throw in the towel because I think that even though I try hard and try to do better every day I don't always feel that my talent is recognized ... but life is like that with ups and downs so I cheer myself up again and keep going . .... I would motivate this community to improve their contests and initiatives, although they are already good and they should also value each participation because they are contests even with minimal points but I also know that many people would join to publish and participate here in this community with their recipes or gourmet experiences.
Answering the 6th question :
Heartfelt suggestion :
▪︎ make weekly or monthly contest.
▪︎ it is important the Spanish language but they should let do it with much more languages, so that they see worldwide our publications and thus capture the participation of more universal curators .
▪︎ that the initiatives of a celebration or meal also come from the participants themselves.
▪︎that incorporate more contest with creative challenge of some places , restaurants ,markets, culture and gastronomy of countries around the world that would allow to investigate, learn and know.
▪︎ but as this is a job and fun and work is done with love, dedication, time and study ... then I suggest you try to value and support more each one, whether old or new in the community, it is motivating and encouraging for each participant, I think that would grow even more this community .
