Saludos amig@s, un gusto compartir nuevamente mis experiencias culinarias. En esta oportunidad realicé una conserva con tomates maduros que quedó espectacular, la pueden utilizar como ustedes quieran, a gusto de cada quien.

Sin conservantes ni condimentos artificiales, todo natural, alimentándonos sanamente. Yo he comido los tomates con lo que me apetece, incluso con casabe y queso quedan muy buenos.
No preservatives or artificial seasonings, all natural, feeding us healthily. I have eaten tomatoes with whatever I feel like, even with cassava and cheese they are very good.
Mi esposo tenía tiempo pidiéndome que preparara tomates en ese estilo, a él particularmente le gustan secos, sin embargo, eso no ha evitado que coma esta preparación. Espero que así como nos gustó a nosotros les guste a ustedes si se deciden en realizarla.

INGREDIENTES:
- 2 kg de tomates maduros, el tamaño que desees
- 100 gr de ajos limpios, sin piel
- 1/2 taza de aceite de oliva
- Sal al gusto
- Orégano al gusto

- Lavar bien los tomates maduros, preferí escoger tamaño chico. Luego cortar los tomates a la mitad.
- Wash ripe tomatoes well, I preferred to choose small size. Then cut the tomatoes in half.
- En un bol condimenté los tomates cortados a la mitad con los ajos limpios, aceite de oliva, sal y orégano al gusto.
- In a bowl I seasoned the tomatoes cut in half with the cleaned garlic, olive oil, salt and oregano to taste.
- Mezclé con cuidado todos los integrantes.
- I carefully mixed all the components.
- Coloqué en la cesta de la freidora de aire los tomates condimentos a 200° por 20 minutos.
- I placed in the basket of the air fryer the seasoned tomatoes at 200° for 20 minutes.
- Reviso la cesta de la freidora pasados los 20 minutos y el jugo que han soltado los tomates, lo retiro del recipiente de la freidora y reservo.
- I check the fryer basket after 20 minutes and the juice released by the tomatoes, I remove it from the fryer container and set aside.
- Muevo los tomates y vuelvo a darle calor en la freidora por 20 minutos más. Pasado el tiempo, retiro nuevamente el jugo de los tomates y continúo reservando.
- I move the tomatoes and heat it again in the fryer for 20 minutes more. After the time is up, I remove the juice from the tomatoes again and continue reserving.
- Muevo los tomates y observo, si los quiero más dorados le doy un golpe de calor de 5 minutos más, de lo contrario, si estoy conforme como se ven los tomates, los dejo así.
- I move the tomatoes and observe, if I want them more browned I give them a 5 minutes more heat stroke, otherwise, if I am satisfied with the way the tomatoes look, I leave them like that.
- Particularmente, los dejé así, pasados los 40 minutos porque no los quería muy secos, todo es cuestión de gustos porque no son tomates deshidratados.

- Pasé un envase de vidrio con tapa de 1000 cc por agua caliente para evitar los hongos al conservar. Incorporé los tomates al envase de vidrio junto al jugo que reservé cuando estaba el proceso de cocción y agregué aceite de oliva al terminar y cerré el envase con su tapa

- Espere a que enfriaran los tomates en el envase y refrigeré, por supuesto que, probé y quedaron muy ricos. Ideales para acompañar proteínas, ensaladas, pasapalos o tapas y snacks.
