Eating is one of the best and most appreciated pleasures in life. There is nothing like being able to enjoy delicious dishes and even more if they are made with our own hands and our creativity. Since we bought our air fryer two years ago, my son and I have dedicated ourselves, my son and I, to test recipes in this appliance that we adore and that is an active part of our daily cooking.
Days ago, we got a recipe that caught our attention on one of the social networks, and we bought everything to prepare it in our air fryer, which we use on many occasions, as a substitute for the oven in some recipes.
The recipe was a chicken roll with bacon and other ingredients, including butter, ham, mozzarella cheese, capers, olives, and raisins. It is quite simple but delicious. Chicken breast fillets are used, which are seasoned well to taste, with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In an aluminum foil, grease it with enough butter to which garlic powder is added, and there the fillets are spread first. Then place the ham and the bacon strips on top. On one side the cheese, olives, and raisins, as well as in a strip each.
It is rolled up well so that none of the contents open or come out. It is taken to the oven (in our case to the fryer), for about one to two hours. There it will release the melted butter. We put it in the oven for an hour and check it after that time.
Afterward, the aluminum foil is removed and wine is added on top. Put it back in the fryer or oven for half an hour and then take it out and let it rest before slicing it to serve. It is a delicious dish with a lot of flavor from ingredients such as capers, olives, and raisins. As well as the rich flavor of the combination of bacon, ham, and mozzarella cheese.
The air fryer is very useful and can help us, as in my case, when we don't have an oven. You just have to control the time and the right temperatures. Thanks for making it this far. See you next time.

Comer es uno de los mejores y más apreciados placeres que existen en la vida. Nada como poder degustar platillos deliciosos y más aún, si son elaborados con nuestras propias manos y nuestra creatividad. Desde que compramos nuestra freidora de aire hace dos años, nos hemos dedicado, mi hijo y yo, a probar recetas en ese aparato que adoramos y que es parte activa de nuestra cocina diaria.
Días atrás, conseguimos una receta que nos llamó la atención en una de las redes sociales, y compramos todo para disponernos a prepararla en nuestra freidora de aire, la cual utilizamos en muchas ocasiones, como sustituto del horno en algunas recetas.
La receta era un Enrollado de pollo con tocineta y otros ingredientes, entre ellos, mantequilla, jamón, queso mozzarella, alcaparras, aceitunas y pasas. Es bastante sencilla pero queda deliciosa. Se utilizan filetes de pechuga de pollo, los cuales se sazonan bien a gusto, con sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo.
En un papel de aluminio se engrasa con suficiente mantequilla a la cual se añade ajo en polvo, y allí se extienden los filetes primero. Luego se le coloca el jamón y después más arriba, las tiras de tocineta. A un lado el queso, aceitunas, pasas, así como en una franja cada uno.
Se enrolla bien de manera que no se abra ni se salga nada del contenido. Se lleva al horno (en nuestro caso a la freidora), alrededor de una a dos horas. Allí va a soltar la mantequilla derretida. Nosotros lo pusimos una hora y revisamos al cabo de ese tiempo.
Después, se le quita el papel aluminio y se le agrega vino por encima. Se vuelve a colocar una media hora en la freidora o el horno y luego se saca y se deja reposar antes de picarlo en rodajas para servirlo. Es un plato delicioso que queda con mucho sabor por ingredientes como la alcaparra, aceitunas y pasas. Así como el rico sabor de la combinación con tocineta, jamón y queso mozzarella.
La freidora de aire es muy útil y puede ayudarnos como en mi caso, cuando no tenemos horno. Solo hay que controlar tiempo y temperaturas adecuadas. Gracias por llegar hasta aquí. Nos leemos en la próxima vez.
