We got back late and didn't really feel like cooking so noodles ready tonight. And here we are again talking about food, I usually like to cook but sometimes like everyone I look for quicker or less elaborate meals or ones cooked by others! Finding what to cook every single day for lunch and dinner is not easy at all, so today I'll talk to you about some meals this week which I confess were not very dietary, in fact new week I will try to cook more vegetables!

Regresamos tarde y no teníamos ganas de cocinar, así que los fideos están listos para esta noche. Y aquí volvemos a hablar de comida, normalmente me gusta cocinar pero a veces como todo el mundo busco comidas más rápidas, menos elaboradas o cocinadas por otros! Encontrar qué cocinar cada día para el almuerzo y la cena no es nada fácil, por eso hoy os hablaré de algunas comidas de esta semana que confieso que no fueron muy dietéticas, de hecho la nueva semana intentaré cocinar más verduras!

Instead, the pasta underneath was tagliatelle with wild boar, made with wild boar sauce cooked by my mother-in-law, a true delicacy, a colleague of my husband's had brought him some wild boar but I don't know how to cook wild boar meat, while my mother-in-law is a master at cooked the game and came up with an amazing, tasty sauce that we used for tagliatelle and then froze for the future.

Then we find a chicken kebab, it says so on the package but it's more of a cut of chicken, inexpensive and quick to make but honestly not very tasty, I don't think we'll buy it again, also because it's a small portion for two. Then here we are at the piece de resistance, we found discounted bags of Durango chicken wings, a brand that we adore and that we rarely find and so we made two packets of wings and as a side dish fried potatoes and leftover croquettes in the freezer made with the fryer, that Yes, it was a dinner that was not at all dietary, but very satisfying! A pleasure, sometimes it's necessary! And finally here's one of tonight's packets of noodles, simple chicken noodles bought in Croatia, ready in three minutes, the ultimate quick meal! Luego encontramos un kebab de pollo, lo dice en el paquete pero es más bien un corte de pollo, económico y rápido de hacer pero sinceramente no muy sabroso, no creo que lo volvamos a comprar, además porque es un pequeño porción para dos.
