Hi, Hive food bloggers! My dinner menu this weekend is Indomie goreng. There's a popular hack for preparing Indomie Goreng/Fried Indomie. The ingredients are easy to find, and the cooking time is quick.

Preparation | 5 minutes |
Cooking time | 5 minutes |
Total | 10 minutes |
Ingredients:
Indomie Goreng Jumbo
Two cloves of shallots
2 cloves of garlic
Red chili
1 tablespoon chili sauce
Lime
Cooking oil
Steps:
Slice the shallots and garlic. Set aside.
Slice the red chili. Set it aside.
- Bring a pan of water to a boil.
Boil the noodles for about two minutes.
Drain it
- Combine the sliced shallots, garlic, chili sauce, and red chili pieces on a plate.
- Add the Indomie goreng seasoning.
- Heat some oil.
- Put 1tbs hot oil into the spice mixture.
- Stir the seasoning until evenly distributed.
- Put the drained noodles on the plate.
- Stir until evenly distributed, then add lime juice
- Mix it
- The Indomie goreng is ready to serve.
For me, this Indomie goreng version has a better flavor 🤤. The savory, spicy, and sour flavors blend together deliciously, and the lime adds a fresh touch. You should try it at least once.
That's it for today, see you next time!
