Today I have done cooking, in which I have made breakfast, in breakfast today I have made onion dumplings. Onion dumplings are very tasty to eat, and it is very easy to make. There are many different types of dumplings, such as spinach dumplings, cabbage dumplings, potato dumplings and many more. That is why today I have made onion dumplings, which are very much liked to eat in breakfast.
Ingredients for this-
gram flour
Onion
Green chilli
plain salt
refined oil
embroidery and ladle
To make onion dumplings, first I took onion and then peeled it and cut it into small pieces and in the same way cut green chilies.
After that mixed the gram flour in the onion, and after that I added plain salt to it, after that I made a solution by adding water to it.
We do not have to make it too thick and too wet, make a paste of it in medium. After that I make small dumplings in hot oil and put them in hot oil and after that leave it like this for 2 minutes after that we have to keep stirring it with the help of a ladle. Until it is cooked properly until its color turns red.
After the dumplings turn red, we have to take it out from the oil. In this way, this onion dumpling is ready, so it is very easy to make, and it gets ready in very less time. Its test is even better in the rainy season and in the winter season.
