Last time I shared the recipe ofFruit Salad , I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Kababs, Potatoes Filled with Minced Meat.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Minced Meat ( 500 grams )
- Potatoes ( 1 1/2 kg )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Spices Powder
- Mint Leaves
- Lemon ( 2 )
- Egg ( 2 )
- Green Chillies
Process
Today I am going to share a new and unique recipe for kababs with you guys, so without wasting any time, I will quickly tell you the procedure of how these kababs are made.
First of all, I put the minced meat in a pan and added a cup of water to it and put it on the stove so that the minced meat would cook well.
By the time the minced meat cooked, water had also dried up.
Then I added Oil and ground spices to it, which included salt, ground red chili, turmeric, and ground black pepper, and started roasted it.
When the mince was well roasted, meaning the water had completely dried up and the mince had released its oil and the spices were well mixed, then I added the hot ground spices to it.
Now I chopped mint leaves and added lemon juice. My mince for kebab is ready.
Now it was time to prepare the potatos into which this mince was to be filled.
So first I put the potatoes in the pressure cooker to boil and after about three to five minutes I released the pressure and my potatoes were boiled, When they cooled down, I peeled them.
Now after I mashed them, I added salt and red chili powder and mixed it well. Now it was time to add the minced meat to these mixture.

Now I spread the mixture on the palm of my hand and added the minced meat to it, closing it from all sides to form a kabab-like shape.

After making all the kababs, it was time to fry them.
For this, I first beat two eggs in a bowl and added salt and red chili powder to it.
Then, one by one, I dipped the kababs in it and started frying them.
With the help of a flipper, I turned their sides upside down.
When they turned brown, I took them out into a dish.
Thus, my kababs were completely ready.
Final Look:
I have represented some kababs by cutting them in half with a knife so that you can see how attractive, amazing and delicious the final look.
I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
