Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Mango Dessert recipe, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Lamb Meat.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Boneless Meat ( 500 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Yogurt ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Spices Powder
- 5 Spice
- Green Chillies
- Tomatoes ( 50 grams )
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.
First of all, I put the meat in a pressure cooker, which was boneless meat, and I had cut it into very small pieces.
Then I started adding the ingredients to it, first of all, I added the hard spices, often called the five spices, which include cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cumin, and cinnamon. These spices are usually used for flavoring.
I added the garlic, which I had already peeled, and the onion. I had cut the onion into thick pieces and added the garlic cloves because by putting the pressure cooker on the heat, all these ingredients will melt well on their own.
And then I added salt, pepper, and turmeric, along with coarsely chopped tomatoes, and added two cups of water and put it on the stove for about 20 to 25 minutes.
After about 25 minutes of simmering, you can see that the water has completely dried up and the ingredients we added have also dissolved well. Now I added a cup of oil to it to fry it.
After some time, after roasting for about five to ten minutes, I added a cup of curd to it.
Adding curd makes the curry gravy a little thick. And started to stir again and fry it for about five to ten more minutes.
I roasted it until the meat was tender and my recipe was ready.
And now lastly, I sprinkled crushed hot spices on it and garnished it with chopped green chillies.
I finished it in about an hour. It was very tasty and spicy.
Final Look:
And finally, I garnished it with green chilies and Lemon Slice.
As you can see it looks very delicious and tasty.
