Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Chapli Kabaab recipe, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe for Split Chickpeas with minced meat.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Split Chickpeas ( 300 grams )
- Minced Meat ( 300 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Spices
- Green Chillies
- Tomatoes ( 50 grams )
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.
First, I fried the onion in oil and when it turned a brown shade, I added the minced meat to it and started frying it.
After about five minutes of frying the mince, its color had changed, then I added spices to it as you can see in the picture.
And now I added garlic paste and tomatoes to it and started cooking them again so that all the spices dissolve well in it.
I had already soaked the gram daal for two to three hours so that it softened somewhat and now I added the daal to it along with two cups of water and put it on the pressure.
After about 10 minutes of pressure, I opened the pressure cooker and both the split Chickpeas and the mince were well cooked and the water had also evaporated, as you can see in the picture above.
My recipe was completely ready. 🤗
I cooked it in about 45 minutes.
Final Look:
And finally, I garnished it with green chilies, hot spices, and mint leaves.
As you can see it looks very yummy and delicious .
