Buns in the form of 8, but which are not 08/15.
And in addition simply my favorite Tuna fish spread...
Do you actually know from where came the term 08/15?
I must admit that I did not know and had to google.
It comes from the machine gun 08/15 , which basic model was introduced in 1908.In the first world war came to its improvement, but was mass produced at the expense of quality, in second world war he was already obsolete.
Its designation MG 08/15 was also the beginning of the German industrial standards.
But now back to my rolls.
The RECIPE for rolls is quite simple - 500 g flour, 1 pck dry yeast , 250 ml lukewarm water , 1 tsp salt. Mix everything, let the dough rise for an hour, divide into 12 pieces, make in the form of 8, sprinkle with water and put in sesame or linen with the brushed side, let rise on the tray for another 15 minutes and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes below at 190 degrees. The buns remain light on the surface, so do not be alarmed!!!!
And for the STORY simply 1Pck cream cheese with a larger Tuna fish can, half onion, 2 teaspoons mustard, capers, salt and pepper in a chopper and ready!
The best first Tuna fish with onion chop.
And then bon appétit and a nice Easter you all!!!!
