I thought we'll have roasted chicken again today, but then I realized, it is more expensive than when we buy a raw one and cook it myself. So i told Mom that I should just buy chicken in the market with some other ingredients. She also realized it and so, I went to the market alone today. Mama thought I won't go to the market today so she went to the market earlier without me. Seriously, it is more fun if I go there with Mama (╥﹏╥). Anyways, the main ingredients today is chicken again. But i am thinking of a an ingredients that is a bit different from the usual, but i'll be using same veggies into it because that's what's Mom requested. I bought the packed veggies because that's more affordable.
Here's the key ingredients (._.)ﾉ, I already prepare it to the way I want it. We have half kilo of chicken breast, I cut it into small size or bite size. We also have carrots, chayote and mixed cabbage and pechay baguio. And as you can see they are cur into thinly strip. But you can cut yours into your desired shape and size └( ＾ω＾). Here's the other ingredients: Salt and Pepper, Four tablespoon of flour, minced garlic, onions, Seasonings or MSG. We'll need chicken cubes too for our sauteed veggies, just half of it
Next, we'll season the chicken with salt, ground pepper, minced garlic and MSG. Massage the chicken to spread all the seasoning in it to make it more tastier and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes.
Next, we'll put four tablespoon if flour in the chicken to coat it with it. For sure y'all already know what i'm making here. I'll fry the chicken next and mix it to the sauteed veggies later. ♪ \(ω\ )
I mix and mix the flour using a spoon until it becomes like this, this is just right.
It's frying time! Heat the pan, put the oil and start frying it. Once they turn brown, just flip the meat and cook the other side for another minute. Because the cut of the meat is small, cooking it is much faster and easier ♪┌|∵|┘♪
And done! Gosh, i fry it to oerfection! Haha. I tried it and the taste is just right, not too salty, it's just like how I want it. UwU
We'll cook next the veggies!
I seperate the chicken with bones a while ago so i'll sautee it together with the veggies. I sautee it with garlic and onions, I put half cup of water, chicken cubes, lots of pepper, and salt. I let it simmer for 10 minutes.
And after 10 minutes, I put next the mixed veggies and let it boil for another minute or just until the veggies soften a lil bit.
And after 5 minutes, I put the fried chicken on top and mix it well with the veggies.
I cook it for like another five minutes and it's finally done! Our lunch is ready. But what do I call this dish? Just sauteed veggies with fried chicken (ﾉﾟ0ﾟ)ﾉ→?
Ah, by the way, Mom said it taste good. I happily received the compliment <(￣︶￣)↗

If we bought half of roasted chicken, we'll get just it and we don't even have vegetable dish to pair with it. That half cost 180 pesos or $3.23. While the dish I made cost us 150 pesos only, and we already have mixed veggies for it. Well, it's just that we chose to be practical today. We already had roasted chicken anyway, and it's only good to have it every once in a while, or if there's important occasion. Omg, what am I even saying, lol. Nevermind this, let's eat everyone. We'll have I'm this dish for dinner as well ＼(o)／
