Ingredients
- Milk (250 ml)
- Oats (3 tablespoons)
- Peanut Butter (1.5 tablespoon)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- 1 Banana
- 2 Dates
- 5 Almond
- 5 Cashew
- Oreo Biscuits (additional)
Let's make this delicious shake. It is very easy to make, obviously it is just a shake. We will add all the ingredients to milk and shake it with the help of a shaker machine. In the picture below, you can see that I took 250 ml of milk and added two dates after removing the seeds. I had soaked the almonds in water for two hours before so that it would be easier to peel them.

Now add one and half tablespoon of peanut butter and one tablespoon of honey to it. I have 100 percent pure honey and I got it for about Rs. 520. It is 250g and can be used for about 20 days. I am using natural peanut butter and it can be used for 15 days. Its weight is 340g. Now add a ripe big banana to it and shake it well with the help of a shaker machine.
This is me and I am enjoying this shake. I drink it every day an hour before breakfast and it has all the healthy things added to it. It is a high calorie shake which is good for gaining weight.
