This Is my first post in this community #hivefood and I would like to share a recipe of my family's favourite meal - Caesar Salad.We had it for lunch today so I took some photos I would like to share.
We usually order Caesar salad in a restaurant, but when I found this recipe I started making it very often at home.My sister from Sweden gave me the recipe,and this is my way of preparing it.
My recipe Is maybe different from a normal one but you can try it and I am sure you will like it, because it Is really tasty.
Here are the ingredients I usually use for this meal;
lettuce
cherry tomato
garlic
bacon
chiken meat
Caesar or tartar souce
salt
2 slices of dried bread
You can also omit some ingredients or add some new, if you don't like garlic or bacon just omit it.My sister put cheese too, but my family members don't like the taste of it in the salad.It is flexible to change the recipe,it is up to your own taste.
Prepare the chicken meat,chop the meat and fry it.When it Is finished put the meat in some container.
After that fry the bacon with garlic(only for a minute) and at the end put the dry bread in the oil just for half a minute.Mix all of them with already prepared meat.If you have caesar sauce sip a little.When I don't have this sauce I put some similar one such as tartar sauce.Cut cherry tomatoes and lettuce and mix everything.It is up to you to put some salt or pepper.

Finally,the meal Is ready. Please yourselves.
My the oldest daughter really likes this meal.She poured twice in her plate during the lunch.It Is delicious.
