Good morning friends, I was absent from you for two days due to illness. I am back with another new blog. Today I will show you a simple and beautiful recipe that is as delicious to eat as it is to look at.
My mother used to make this recipe when I was a child. Many times there is excess rice after dinner. Instead of throwing away this rice, my mother used to make this beautiful recipe in the morning.
The ingredients I used to make this recipe
1.About 200 grams of rice
Green chili, onion, a potato and an egg,oil etc.
3 I added turmeric powder, Salt
Cooking process
First, pour oil into a pan on the stove. When the oil is hot, add the chopped onion, green chilies and potatoes and stir well.
Then I broke the egg into it. Now I put rice in it.
The rice needs to be cooked well for a long time.
Delicious fried rice is ready.
