(Materiales a usar:)
- Pechuga de pollo solo la mitad para tres personas
- Caldo de pollo en cubito
- Harina de trigo una taza
- Orégano
- Sal al gusto
- Aceite
- Un poquito de cebolla al gusto
- Un huevo
(Procedimiento:)
Primero, corto la pechuga de pollo en trozos pequeños. Me gusta hacerlos del tamaño que prefiero, pero trato de que sean uniformes para que se cocinen de manera uniforme.
Después de picar el pollo, le agrego la sal, el orégano, el cubito desmenuzado y la cebolla bien picada. Mezclo todo eso y dejo que el pollo absorba los sabores mientras continúo con la preparación.
En una taza aparte, coloco la harina y también le agrego un poco de cubito y sal. Esto le dará un sabor extra a la cobertura.

It's a bit unusual for her, since they're not one of her favorite dishes, but she decided to take a chance and try something new. I, on the other hand, love nuggets! I think they're a delicious and very easy option to make.
(Materials to use:)
- Half of chicken breast for three people
- Chicken bouillon cubes
- One cup of wheat flour
- Oregano
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- A little onion to taste
- One egg
(Procedure:)
First, I cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. I like to make them any size I prefer, but I try to keep them uniform so they cook evenly.
After chopping the chicken, I add the salt, oregano, the diced onion, and the finely chopped onion. I mix it all together and let the chicken absorb the flavors while I continue cooking.
In a separate cup, I add the flour and a little bit of ice cubes and salt. This will give the coating an extra flavor.
In another cup, I add the egg and beat it well.
Next, I take the seasoned chicken and mix it with the beaten egg, making sure all the pieces are well coated. Then, I transfer it to the flour mixture and mix well so they're evenly coated.
I can choose to fry them in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, or if I prefer a healthier option, I can bake them at a high temperature until golden brown.
Once cooked, the Nuggets are ready to enjoy.
