The raw papaya, beautiful and growing abundantly, I collected it to cook into a delicious menu. And what is indispensable is the freshness from the sea, which I intentionally bought firm shrimp from a small market in the village.

Raw Papaya Yellow Curry Recipe Ingredients

• Fresh shrimp, peeled, split back, remove black vein (about 300 grams)
• Raw papaya, peeled, chopped or cut into bite-sized pieces (about 1 small piece or 2 cups)
• Yellow curry paste (about 2-3 heaped tablespoons, adjust spiciness as desired)
• Fish sauce (about 2-3 tablespoons, season to taste)
• Palm sugar (about 1/2 - 1 tablespoon, season to taste)
• Lime juice (about 3-4 tablespoons, season to taste)
• Water or soup (about 2-3 cups)

How to make 🧑‍🍳

• Place a pot on the stove, add about 1 cup of water or soup. When the water starts to boil, add the yellow curry paste and dissolve it well. Stir until the curry paste is fragrant and does not clump.
