• ผงคนอร์ 1/3 ช้อนชา
• ซีอิ๊วขาว 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
• น้ำสะอาด 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
• น้ำมันสำหรับผัก 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ [น้ำมันมะพร้าว]
มาเริ่มกันเลยค่ะ โขลกขมิ้นชัน กระเทียม และพริกไทยดำค่ะให้ละเอียด
