Delicious pasta with zucchini and mozzarella cheese [Esp-Eng]

Para hacer esta receta empezamos con la pasta, en una olla ponemos agua y cuando hierva añadimos sal y la pasta, cocemos hasta que esté al dente, colamos, escurrimos y reservamos.

To make this recipe we start with the pasta, in a pot we put water and when it boils we add salt and the pasta, we cook until it is al dente, strain, drain and reserve.

A continuación, lava el calabacín y la cebolla y córtalos en trozos.

Then wash the zucchini and onion and cut them into pieces.

En una olla poner una cucharada de mantequilla, añadir la cebolla rehogar durante unos minutos, luego añadir el calabacín, cocinar revolviendo constantemente, añadir el agua y cuece tapado a fuego lento.

In a pot put a tablespoon of butter, add the onion, sauté for a few minutes, then add the zucchini, cook stirring constantly, add the water and cook covered over low heat.

Condimentar con sal, pimienta, ajo molido y cúrcuma, y cocinar hasta que el calabacín esté blando.

Season with salt, pepper, ground garlic and turmeric, and cook until the zucchini is soft.

Una vez listo, añade la pasta, el queso mozzarella rallado removemos unos segundos y listo.

Once ready, add the pasta, the grated mozzarella cheese, stir for a few seconds and that's it.
