Esta receta es súper sencilla, la carne queda jugosa y con un sabor dulce y picante, es ideal para un plato principal y lo mejor es que a mi hijo le encanta por su exquisito sabor. 300 grs de carne de res (Solomo), 02 cucharadas de salsa de soja, 02 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de orégano, 01 cucharada de harina de trigo, 01 cucharada de miel, 01 cucharada de vinagre, 1/4 cucharadita de jengibre, 01 cucharadita de ajonjolí, sal y pimienta al gusto.

Para hacer esta receta, el primer paso es lavar la carne y cortarla en tiras, sazonarla con sal, pimienta, vinagre, orégano y harina de trigo, mezclar y dejar marinar durante una hora.
