Today's dish is pork and potatoes.
Eating pork alone, but mixed with vegetables, is healthier and more satisfying.
Pork is popular.
But pork is not a healthy meat.
I cook pork with vegetables for two reasons.
Pork is expensive in my area, so cooking pork separately would be more expensive.
Mixing pork with vegetables saves money and reduces health risks.
First, the pork is marinated with salt, sugar, turmeric, ginger, and peanut oil until tender and flavorful.
Then, peel the potatoes, onions, and tomatoes, wash them with water, and cut them into small pieces with a knife.
Then, heat the peanut oil in an electric frying pan, add the potato cubes, and stir.
When the potato cubes are soft, add the pork, tomatoes, onions, salt, sugar, and peanut oil, and stir until combined.
After a while, I got a delicious stir-fried pork with vegetables.
We ate this dish with rice.

ကျွန်တော် နေထိုင်ရာဒေသ၌ ဝက်သားဈေးနှုန်း ကြီးမြင့်သောကြောင့် ဝက်သားသီးသန့် ချက်ကာ စားပါလျှင် အကုန်အကျ ပိုများပါမည်။
ဝက်သားကို ဟင်းသီးဟင်းရွက်နှင့် ရောနှောလိုက်သောအခါ အကုန်အကျသက်သာစေပြီး ကျန်မာရေးဘေးထံက်ဆိုးကျိုး နည်းစေပါသည်။
ပထမဦးစွာ ဝက်သားသီးသန့်ကို ဆား၊သကြား၊ ကြာညို့၊ နနွင်း၊ ဂျင်း နှင့် မြေပဲဆီ တို့ဖြင့် နုအိပြီး အရသာရှိအောင် ချက်ထားပါသည်။
ထိုနောက် အာလူး၊ ကြက်သွန်နီ နှင့် ခရမ်းချဉ်သီး တို့ကို အခွံသင် ရေဖြင့် ဆေးကြောကာ သေးငယ်သောအပိုင်းအစများ အဖြစ် ဓားဖြင့် လှီးဖြတ်ထားပါသည်။
ထိုနောက်တော့ လျှပ်စစ်ဒယ်အိုး ထဲသို့ မြေပဲဆီ ထည့်ကာ အပူပေးပြီး အာလူးတုံးများကို ထည့်ကာ မွှေပေးလိုက်သည်။
အာလူးတုံးများ အိလာသောအခါ ထိုအထဲသို့ ဝက်သား၊ ခရမ်းချဉ်၊ ကြက်သွန်နီ၊ ဆား၊ သကြား၊ ခရုဆီ တို့ကို ထည့်ကာ သမအောင် မွှေပေးပါသည်။
ခဏအကြာမှာတော့ အရသာရှိသော ဝက်သား သီးစုံကြော်ကို ရရှိပါတော့သည်။
ကျွန်တော်တို့က ဒီဟင်းလျာကို ထမင်း နှင့် တွဲကာ စားသုံးခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
I started playing the TerraCore Game about 808 days ago.
My Rank is now in 150 and ⭐ 18 .
As a starter I bought $10 worth of Citizenship for 27.229 HIVE.
Now I invested 176.586 HIVE or 59.146$ into TerraCore Game up to date.
The TerracoreHub game is played but not really playable.
It's a strategy game that adds battle to mining.
If I look at my TerraCoreHub game progression so far;
The SCRAP I received from Mining and Battle Fight was used in 200 for Stash Size and 20 for Favor respectively.
Now my TerraCore Game Stats are Stash Size 88000, Favor 3840, Engineering 43, Damage 744.209, Defense 753.183 and Equipments Horizon Ship, Scanner Droid Avatar, Micro Blaster, Heavy Battle Suit and Torque Wrench.
I used 95652 SCRAP for Engineering, Damage and Defense Upgrading above the stats table.
I used 91945 SCRAP for Stash Size and Favor.
And I used 316 SCRAP and 17.2 HIVE for Equipment.
So, I have used 383540 SCRAP Tokens in playing Game TerraCoreHub.
I will receive SCRAP 967.999 tokens per day from Mining if I am not robbed by others .
Battle Fight is allowed to fight 6 times per day.
In the last 200 Battle Fight of TerraCore, I have won 13244.597 SCRAP with a Win Rate of 50.70% and lost 12878.525 SCRAP with a Lost Rate of 49.30%
Now, My Win Rate has more than Lost rate in Battle Fight.
But, I will have to improve Damage and Defense as a priority.
