Today I want to share with you an experience that was truly out of the ordinary. For a while now, I had heard about this very peculiar place that immediately caught my attention — mainly because of its aesthetic. The entire café is designed in a 2D style, as if you had literally stepped into a drawing.
When I first saw it online, the idea of walking into a space that looked like it came straight out of a sketch or illustration got me super curious, and I knew I had to check it out.
Coincidentally, I had plans to meet up with my friends. As usual, we couldn’t quite decide on where to go since we all had different preferences. After tossing around a few ideas, I suggested visiting this 2D-themed café… and they loved the idea! So off we went to explore it.
And as I always say... there’s nothing better than discovering new places and creating beautiful memories with the people you love. ♥
The place is called Helarte, and honestly, the moment you step inside, it feels like you’ve been transported to another world. If you’ve ever seen the classic A-ha – "Take On Me" music video, then you’ll instantly get the vibe. Everything is in black and white, with drawn outlines, making it feel like you’ve walked straight into a comic book or a manga panel. It’s impossible not to stop and take photos of every corner.
Beyond the incredibly creative design, something that truly stood out to me was how welcoming and friendly the staff were. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with big smiles and were super attentive and kind the entire time. That really made the experience even more special.
And well... let’s talk about the most important part of this post... THE FOOD! 😍
It was seriously hard to choose because the menu was super varied and everything looked delicious, so we made the best decision possible: we ordered a little bit of everything.
We started with an amazing club sandwich, with perfectly crispy bread and a super tasty filling. Then we tried a cheesy bread that honestly tasted a lot like pizza (and I absolutely LOVED it, it was just perfect!). Of course, we couldn’t skip dessert, so we finished with some waffles topped with fresh fruits, which not only looked beautiful but tasted incredible. Plus, even the menu and the food presentation followed the 2D theme, which made the whole experience even cooler and more enjoyable.
Without a doubt, it was an afternoon full of laughs, conversations, delicious food, and an atmosphere that completely pulled us out of the daily routine. I love discovering unique places like this and creating wonderful memories with my girls — especially since our busy schedules don’t always make it easy to meet. Moments like these are priceless. 🌸✨
Hoy quiero compartirles una experiencia fuera de lo común. Desde hace un tiempo había escuchado sobre un lugar bastante peculiar que llamó muchísimo mi atención, principalmente por su estética (todo está ambientado en estilo 2D)
Me llamó la atención el leer que parecía como si uno hubiera entrado en un dibujo, y desde que lo vi en redes me entró una curiosidad enorme por conocerlo.
Coincidentemente, había quedado en salir con mis amigas, aunque como siempre suele pasar, no teníamos un lugar claro que se acomodara a los gustos de todas. Después de dar algunas vueltas y colocar opciones, les hablé de este café con temática 2D, les gustó la idea y visitamos el lugar.
Y como siempre digo... no hay nada mejor que descubrir lugares nuevos y compartir momentos lindos con las personas que quieres. ♥
El lugar se llama Helarte, y honestamente, desde que pones un pie dentro te transporta a otro mundo. Si conocen el clásico videoclip de A-ha - Take On Me, les juro que es exactamente esa vibra. Blanco, negro, contornos que parecen dibujados, todo parece sacado de un cómic o una historieta. Es imposible no quedarse tomando fotos a cada rincón.
Además del ambiente tan creativo, algo que realmente me encantó fue la calidez del personal. Desde que llegamos nos recibieron con una sonrisa, muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Eso definitivamente hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor.
Y bueno… ahora si escribiré de lo más importante de esta publicación... LA COMIDA 😍 Nos costó muchísimo elegir porque el menú era bastante variado y todo se veía delicioso, así que tomamos la mejor decisión posible: pedir un poquito de todo.
Empezamos con un club sándwich increíble, con pan crujiente y un relleno súper sabroso. Luego pedimos un pancito que tenía un sabor a queso que me recordó mucho al de una buena pizza (ME ENCANTA, FUE LO MÁXIMO). Y como no podía faltar algo dulce, cerramos la visita con unos waffles con frutas, que además de verse preciosos, estaban demasiado ricos, Adicionalmente, aparte del sabor exquisito que disfrutamos, la presentación e incluso la carta mantenía esta temática, haciendo aún más agradable esta visita.
Sin duda, fue una tarde llena de risas, CHISMES, buena comida y un ambiente que te saca por completo de la rutina. Me encanta descubrir lugares diferentes como este y crear recuerdos bonitos con mis muchachas, ya que por agendas ajustadas podemos distraernos y disfrutar de un buen momento. 🌸✨
