Que tal andamos por aquí? La verdad hoy fue un día de compras y pues hace rato tenía ganas de hacerme un pan con carne y pollo pero de un sabor sencillo así tipo casero, y aprovechando que andaba de compras, pase por una panadería y recién sacaban el pan de hamburguesa, no puede evitar comprarlo así que en mi mente ya había imaginado este pan con carnes y salsas

Cuando llegue a mi casa me dispuse a picar la carne de res y el pollo en cuadros bastante pequeños para colocarlos en una taza, ahí agregue sal, aceite, orégano y por supuesto el qu eno puede faltar, mi invitado de honor Ajo

Luego en un sarten bieen caliente coloque la carne y el pollo sellandola y luego la tape por un rato, después destapamos el sarten para que la carne se termine de cocinar como por 10 minutos más

Hacemos la famosa salsa rosada, qué consiste en mayonesa, salsa de tomate y un toque de mostaza, traía bastante hambre por lo que decidí no tostar el pan, así que solo lo abrí, le coloque cebollas en plumas, la salsa y bastante carne, demás decir que el sabor estaba fabuloso y el pan exquisito, sentía literal una explosión de sabores en el paladar
We make the famous pink sauce, which consists of mayonnaise, ketchup and a touch of mustard, I was quite hungry so I decided not to toast the bread, so I just opened it, put feathered onions, the sauce and plenty of meat, other than to say that the taste was fabulous and the bread was exquisite, I literally felt an explosion of flavors on the palate.
