- Vanilla and sugar to taste.
Preparation:
Beat all the ingredients in a blender, then strain it into a pot and bring it to the stove over low heat stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from the stove and set aside.
For the peach candy:
- 1 kilo of peaches
- 1 liter of water
- Sugar and vanilla to taste.
First wash and peel the peaches and chop them.
Separately, prepare a thick syrup with the sugar, water and vanilla for ten minutes.
Then, add the peaches. With this syrup we dip the sponge cake.

Preparación:
Se baten todos los ingredientes en la licuadora, luego lo colamos en una olla y lo llevamos a la cocina a fuego lento moviendo constantemente hasta que espese. Lo bajamos de la cocina y reservamos.
Para el dulce de duraznos:
- 1 kilo de duraznos
- 1 litro de agua
- Azúcar y vainilla al gusto
Primero lavamos y pelamos los duraznos y picamos.
Aparte preparamos durante diez minutos un almíbar espeso con el azúcar, el agua y la vainilla.
Luego, incorporamos los duraznos. Con este almíbar mojamos el bizcocho.
