Harina de trigo
leche
mantequilla 🧈
adobo
nuez moscada
sal

En una olla colocamos la leche, luego incorporamos el harina de trigo, y mezclamos muy bien hasta que esta se disuelva completamente.
Luego añadimos la nuez moscada, la sal, la mantequilla y colocamos el adobo sazonando al gusto; estos procedimientos pueden hacerse por separado pero a mí me gusta primero disolver todo, lo único que no se disuelve es de mantequilla ya que lo hace cuando se comienza a cocinar.
Una vez que estén integrados todos los ingredientes llevamos a fuego medio moviendo constantemente para evitar que se queme en el fondo y así obtenga un mal sabor, cuando comience a hervir bajamos el fuego, y dejamos cocinar aproximadamente 5 minutos, sin dejar de revolver para que no se hagan grumos a la salsa bechamel.
Es bueno siempre comprobar de sazón que tenga el punto ideal de nuez moscada y adobo que es lo que le da el toque característico a nuestra salsa bechamel.

It is always good to check the seasoning to make sure it has the right amount of nutmeg and marinade, which is what gives the characteristic touch to our béchamel sauce.
