En casa cuando preparo carne molida, por lo general la acompañamos con espagueti corta o larga; pienso que es la combinación perfecta; jejejejeje; también me gusta usarla como relleno de arepas o empanadas 🥟 pero en esta ocasión la acompañé de arroz con fideo y unas tajadas fritas de plátano maduro .
Aunque pareciera que no van muy bien, de verdad la combinación resultó ser muy deliciosa y esto lo hice para mi almuerzo familiar del día de ayer; sin más les muestro la preparación:

Lo primero que hice fue, llevar a sofreír el fideo en aceite caliente, luego incorpore el arroz, añadí la cantidad de agua correcta, sal al gusto y dejé cocinar a fuego lento hasta que estuvo completamente cocido.
Para la carne, lave muy bien los aliños, corte en trozo, Igualmente la papa la corté en cuadros, llevé a sofreír en aceite onotado; agregué la carne molida, sazoné al gusto con sal, comino, orégano, caldo de pollo deshidratado y dejé cocinar a fuego lento hasta que estuvo completamente cocida.
El plátano lo corté en tajada y lo dejé freír por ambos lados.
