Hace unos días una amiga de la familia nos regaló una pulpa de mango 🥭 la cual hemos empleado para hacer jugo, y me puse a pensar en qué podía preparar con esta pulpa ? así que, se me ocurrió hacer unas galletas, fui a la nevera, vi los ingredientes que tenía: avena en hojuela, tenía la pulpa de mango, y mandé a comprar una lluvia de chocolate para preparar unas galletas de avena con mango y un toque de chocolate.
La verdad no sabía qué resultado iba a obtener pero las galletas quedaron muy deliciosas; en casa a todos nos gustaron, y quiero compartir con ustedes la preparación:
A few days ago a family friend gave us a mango pulp 🥭 which we have used to make juice, and I started to think about what I could prepare with this pulp ? so, it occurred to me to make some biscuits, I went to the fridge, I saw the ingredients I had: oat flakes, I had the mango pulp, and I sent to buy a chocolate rain to prepare some oatmeal biscuits with mango and a touch of chocolate.
I really didn't know what the result was going to be, but the biscuits turned out very delicious; everyone at home loved them, and I want to share with you the preparation:
Pulpa de mango 🥭
Avena en hojuelas
1 cucharada de azúcar
1 cucharada de mantequilla 🧈
Lluvia de chocolate 🍫
Mango pulp 🥭
Oat flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter 🧈
Chocolate rain 🍫
En una taza colocamos la pulpa de mango 🥭 ,luego incorporamos la avena en hojuelas, se mezcla muy bien; seguidamente se añade la cucharada de azúcar, la cucharada de mantequilla, si está muy húmeda y hace falta se agrega un poco más de avena en hojuela y se mezcla hasta obtener una masa completamente homogénea, se deja reposar un poco de tiempo.
Luego se toman porciones con una cuchara y se llevan a una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada se llevan al horno a 180 grados por aproximadamente 25 minutos.
Una vez que estén listas, solo resta dejarlas enfriar y disfrutar estas deliciosas galletas de mango y avena.
