Aún en casa tenemos los adornos de navidad y me pareció apropiado poner estos lindos arbolitos de fondo en la foto que me regalaron, y para este fin de semana quise preparar algo delicioso y de verdad nunca había realizado una torta de pan y pensé hacerla en la freidora de aire, sin embargo vi unas cuantas recetas por youtube y todas las hacían por baño maría así que dije voy a intentarlo total lo máximo eran 40 min.
Así que decidí hacer una "Torta de pan tipo quesillo en licuadora"*, me gusto porque es sencilla, rápida y fácil de realizar y los ingredientes los tenía a la mano así que porque no probar como me quedaba.
La receta fue un éxito, sin embargo no se llevó el tiempo de 40min sino mucho más de dos horas la verdad no se si fue por el molde que utilicé, quizás eso influyó en algo, pero aquí esta la receta espero la disfruten y puedan realizar la ya que queda realmente deliciosa 😋.
