Lo primero que hice fuĂ© preparar la carne molida, coloquĂ© la carne en una olla con un poco de aceite para que se cocinara con sus propios jugos, aparte coloquĂ© en la licuadora los aliños, una cabeza de ajo pelado, medio pimentĂłn rojo, una cebolla pequeña, 5 ajĂes dulces y licue todo muy bien, esto es para darle más sabor a la carne, cuando la carne cambiĂł de color agreguĂ© la mezcla de aliños y tambiĂ©n un poco de sal para ir dando gusto, coloquĂ© un cubo de caldo de pollo y luego la pasata, despuĂ©s de agregar la salsa de tomate o purĂ© de tomate vamos a sazonar con los condimentos que quieras, yo le coloquĂ© que pimentĂłn molido, orĂ©gano, sal y muy importante hojas de laurel para darle una sabor y aroma delicioso,. dejamos cocinar todo por unos minutos hasta que se reduzca un poco la salsa y dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

Para hacer la salsa bechamel que les dejarĂ© está receta que fuĂ© la que yo seguĂ para hacerla, aĂşn no soy muy experta con la salsa pero me quedĂł buena. Teniendo la salsa bechamel lista ahora sĂ nos vamos al armado, yo usĂ© una bandeja grande de metal pero servirá la que tengas a la mano, comencĂ© colocando bechamel en el fondo y esparci por todos los rincones, luego coloquĂ© una una capa de pasta para pasticho este decĂa en el empaque que era directo al horno y si fuĂ© asĂ, la mayorĂa de las pastas hay que pasarlas por agua caliente pero me gustĂł que está se pine directo en la bandeja, ahora colocamos una capa de carne guisada suficiente para cubrir todo.

DespuĂ©s de colocar la capa de carne coloquĂ© una capa de queso amarillo y una capa de jamĂłn, y proseguir con más salsa bechamel, repetĂ el proceso tres veces, en total tres capas de pasta y la capa final es con bechamel y terminĂ© con queso mozzarella, ahora coloquĂ© la bandeja al horno precalentado por 45 minutos o hasta que el queso se comience a gratinar, el resultado fuĂ© mucho más de lo que esperaba, el pasticho quedĂł riquĂsimo y fuĂ© la cena perfecta para terminar el año con el estĂłmago lleno.
