What does the new REX Upgrade mean? Has EOS CPU congestion been solved? Can we make transactions again on EOS? REX 2.0 has just been upgraded with two significant changes/improvements. The maximum resource lending limit has been increased from 80% to 90%, and a new 12 hour staging pool system has been introduced to gradually reward REX stakers.
