Hello to all the great HIVE family, receive a warm greeting from me, for me it is a pleasure to participate in this extraordinary initiative, promoted by the friend @fabiodc for the HIVE CUBA community, which is called What are your expectations in the HIVE CUBA community, a sensational question to which we will answer. Here I leave you my participation.

Empiezo describiendoles la forma de ser de los Cubanos, los cuales son seres humanos alegres, enérgicos, colaboradores, confiables, amistosos, cariñosos, honestos, responsables, agradables, tolerantes; pero sobre todo son personas muy preparadas en cuanto a la medicina se trata. Destacando que hace ya muchos años atrás específicamente en el mandato del expresidente de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela Hugo Chávez (ya muerto), se realizó un gran convenio entre estos dos Países como Cuba y Venezuela en donde muchos médicos Cubanos visitaron nuestro País haciendo grandes y extraordinarios aportes en cuanto a la medicina; además de pasar consultas en los diferentes Barrio adentros creados por el Gobierno Nacional para priorizar la salud de las personas con bajos recursos económicos realmente el mejor acto humanitario nunca antes visto en Venezuela.
I begin by describing the way of being of the Cubans, who are cheerful, energetic, collaborators, reliable, friendly, loving, honest, responsible, pleasant, tolerant human beings; but above all they are very prepared people as far as medicine is concerned. It is worth mentioning that many years ago, specifically during the mandate of the former President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Hugo Chavez (now dead), a great agreement was made between these two countries, Cuba and Venezuela, where many Cuban doctors visited our country making great and extraordinary contributions in medicine; besides providing consultations in the different Barrio Adentros created by the National Government to prioritize the health of people with low economic resources, truly the best humanitarian act never seen before in Venezuela.

La mejor manera para invitar a un Cubano a HIVE, sería hablarles acerca de esta mágica, deslumbrante y fascinante comunidad de manera que esté quedé total y absolutamente impresionado y enamorado de la comunidad, para que así tenga el interés de formar parte de esta bella familia. Destacando que cuando conversamos con alguien de algo que nos gusta automáticamente la otra persona siente el deseo inmenso de conocer acerca de lo que te hace tan feliz a tí y lo maravilloso que será para el o ella pertenecer a esta plataforma en donde podrá crear contenidos diversos, logrando así que otras personas puedan interactuar e intercambiar ideas con respecto al contenido que este les proporcionará.
El estar aquí tiene grandes beneficios tales como: Conocer, compartir, intercambiar conocimientos entre muchas otras cosas. Además de todo esto el estar acá les proporcionará un ingresó económico el cual les ayudará a tener una estabilidad económica amplía; y de esta manera no tener que preocuparse por el dinero que necesitan para cubrir sus necesidades y la de su familia.
What is the best way from your point of view to invite a Cuban to HIVE and why do you think it can help them to be here.
The best way to invite a Cuban to HIVE, would be to tell them about this magical, dazzling and fascinating community in such a way that they are totally and absolutely impressed and in love with the community, so that they have the interest to be part of this beautiful family. Emphasizing that when we talk to someone about something we like automatically the other person feels the immense desire to know about what makes you so happy and how wonderful it will be for him or her to belong to this platform where you can create diverse content, thus achieving that other people can interact and exchange ideas regarding the content that this will provide them.
Why do you think it can help them to be here?
Being here has great benefits such as: Knowing, sharing, exchanging knowledge among many other things. In addition to all this, being here will provide them with an economic income which will help them to have a broad economic stability; and thus not having to worry about the money they need to cover their needs and those of their family.

Sin duda alguna los concursos son absolutamente todo un reto para todos y cada uno de los participantes que formarán parte del mismo antre los concursos que me gustarían que esta comunidad de @hivecuba promoviera destacan los siguientes: Concursos deportivos, gastronómicos, musicales de bailes entre otros donde se pondrá de manifiesto la creatividad e ingenió de cada uno de los participantes quienes se esforzarán por dar el todo por el todo dentro de este fabuloso evento.
What kind of contests would you like within the @hivecuba community?
Undoubtedly the contests are absolutely a challenge for each and every one of the participants who will be part of the same among the contests that I would like this @hivecuba community to promote the following stand out: Sports, gastronomic, musical, dance contests among others where the creativity and ingenuity of each of the participants who will strive to give their all within this fabulous event will be revealed.

Entre las actividades que me gustarían que hiciera @hivecuba en sus canales de telegran y discord puedo mencionar las siguientes:
- Suministrar la información necesaria para que creen su cuenta y puedan realizar sus publicaciones.
- Que difundan a través de las redes sociales las herramientas necesarias para que el contenido sea mejor visualizado y la gente lo pueda comentar.

What activities would you like @hivecuba to do in its telegran and discord channels?
Among the activities I would like @hivecuba to do in its telegran and discord channels I can mention the following:
- To provide the necessary information for them to create their account and be able to make their publications.
- Disseminate through social networks the necessary tools so that the content is better visualized and people can comment on it.
- Place which are the correct tags for each post.

- La veo con muchos suscriptores y personas activas tanto publicando como comentando.
- La veo promoviendo grandes concursos (deportivos, gastronómicos, bailables, tradicionales), donde muchos suscriptores tendrán el privilegio de participar y dejar su nombre en alto.
- Veo a esta comunidad asumiendo grandes retos tales como: Crear contenidos increíbles, los cules nos harán reflexionar para así lograr avanzar en pro del bienestar intelectual, social y educativo de la comunidad.
How do you see the @hivecuba community in a few years.
- I see it with many subscribers and active people both posting and commenting.
- I see it promoting great contests (sports, gastronomic, dancing, traditional), where many subscribers will have the privilege of participating and leaving their name high.
- I see this community taking on great challenges such as: Creating incredible content, which will make us reflect in order to advance the intellectual, social and educational welfare of the community.

- Los ayudaría promocionándolos y dándolos a conocer entre mis amistades, para que los conozcan aún más a fondo y así saber todas las bondades y beneficios que esta comunidad les puede aportar a su vida.

How would you help the community.
- I would help them by promoting them and making them known among my friends, so that they get to know them even better and know all the goodness and benefits that this community can bring to their lives.
- I would give them the necessary tools, tips and advice to further strengthen their writings.
- Another help would be to reblog some of their publications on social networks and be able to triple the number of users who read the content provided through their different posts. And in this way achieve that this community is recognized in HIVE.
