Hola amigas y amigos cubanos. Les cuento que ayer fue un día grato y agradable para mí. Después de casi dos años acá en Hive por primera vez asistí a un evento de la blockchain y tuve el placer de compartir y conocer nuevos hiver amigos y de hacer nuevas relaciones.
En cuanto supe de la noticia de que esto iba a suceder, me dispuse a sacar pasajes porque por nada del mundo podía dejar de participar en un día como este. La emoción se desbordó al momento y como la suerte estuvo de mi lado, después de toda una odisea en la terminal de ómnibus, pude alcanzar pasajes gracias a un amigo que estaba más adelante en la cola y al saber el propósito de mi viaje me ayudó.
Ayer salí desde temprano en compañía siempre de mi papá, que nunca me abandona en ninguno de mis logros y por fortuna me apoya en cada proyecto. Él también quería conocer más sobre Hive y sobre qué se hace. ¿El objetivo? Participar del Bitcoin Pizza Day como iniciativa en homenaje a la primera transacción realizada que fue nada más y nada menos que dos pizzas, entonces a modo de recordatorio de la fecha surgió la invitación para celebrar, compartir experiencias, aprender y por supuesto; comer pizzas.
Llegamos al lugar antes de la hora pactada, entonces dimos una vuelta hasta el parque de la calle Paseo donde nos sentamos a conversar sobre las expectativas para el evento y al cabo de unos diez minutos regresamos y ya estaban para ese entonces los primeros participantes.
El lugar es pequeño y acogedor. Ideal para reuniones familiares y con amigos, justo así como sucedió hoy. Muchas personas llegaron hasta allá. La mayoría caras nuevas para mí. Nueva al fin, empecé con un poco de timidez, pero al pasar de las horas se fue haciendo más fácil el romper el silencio y conversar.
Comenzó todo con manillas que identifican la blockchain con el logo y el nombre Hive grabados alrededor. Es el primer objeto que tengo relacionado con todo este sueño bonito.
En un primer momento, @manuphotos nos compartió sus conocimientos sobre la tarjeta Hive Debit y su uso. Fue muy gentil de su parte ayudar a los Hivers a asociarla a sus cuentas.
¡Entonces llegó el gran momento de compartir con las pizzas! Calidad y buen sabor garantizados. Entonces aproveché para hacer mi primera compra pagando con HBD: dos refrescos
Luego de unas buenas conversaciones e intercambio de usuarios tuvimos un segundo momento en el cual pudimos conocer sobre otras experiencias también relacionadas con la criptomoneda, cómo usarlas y fue el momento idóneo para crearse cuentas en las mismas.
Tuve la inmensa dicha de que me reconociera entre los asistentes el amigo @muhammadhalim y se sintió estupendo y gratificante ya que eso es señal de que mi contenido gusta de verdad y que resulta atractivo a quienes me leen.

En resumen fue un día maravilloso. Buen ambiente y mucha gente linda. Se siente muy bien intercambiar con personas que les apasiona lo mismo que a tí y además te orientan para que puedas trabajar mejor. Compartir conocimientos es una muestra de generosidad, entonces así todos pueden avanzar en la misma dirección. Hoy ha sido uno de los días más felices que he tenido relacionado con Hive luego de mis inicios.
Gracias a todos los que hicieron posible este encuentro. Y de seguro, nos volveremos a ver en agosto.

Hello Cuban friends. I tell you that yesterday was a nice and pleasant day for me. After almost two years here in Hive for the first time I attended a blockchain event and I had the pleasure to share and meet new hiver friends and make new relationships.
As soon as I heard the news that this was going to happen, I was ready to get tickets because I couldn't miss a day like this for anything in the world. The excitement overflowed at once and as luck was on my side, after a whole odyssey at the bus terminal, I was able to get tickets thanks to a friend who was further ahead in the queue and knowing the purpose of my trip helped me.
Yesterday I went out early in the company of my dad, who never abandons me in any of my achievements and fortunately supports me in every project. He also wanted to know more about Hive and what it's all about. The goal? To participate in the Bitcoin Pizza Day as an initiative in honor of the first transaction made, which was nothing more and nothing less than two pizzas, then as a reminder of the date came the invitation to celebrate, share experiences, learn and of course; eat pizzas.
We arrived at the place before the agreed time, then we went for a walk to the park on Paseo Street where we sat down to talk about the expectations for the event and after about ten minutes we returned and by then the first participants were already there.
The place is small and cozy. Ideal for family and friends gatherings, just as it happened today. Many people arrived there. Most of them new faces for me. New at last, I started with a bit of shyness, but as the hours went by it became easier to break the silence and talk.
It all started with handles identifying the blockchain with the Hive logo and name engraved around it. This is the first object I have related to this whole nice dream.
At first, @manuphotos shared with us his knowledge about the Hive Debit card and its use. It was very gracious of him to help the Hivers associate it to their accounts.
Then came the great moment to share with the pizzas! Quality and good taste guaranteed. Then I took the opportunity to make my first purchase paying with HBD: two softdriks
After some good conversations and exchange of users we had a second moment in which we could learn about other experiences also related to cryptocurrency, how to use them and it was the right time to create accounts in them.
I had the immense joy of being recognized among the attendees by my friend @muhammadhalim and it felt great and gratifying since that is a sign that my content is really liked and that it is attractive to those who read me.

All in all it was a wonderful day. Good atmosphere and lots of nice people. It feels great to exchange with people who are passionate about the same as you and also guide you so you can work better. Sharing knowledge is a sign of generosity, so everyone can move in the same direction. Today has been one of the happiest days I have had related to Hive since my beginnings.
Thanks to all who made this meeting possible. And for sure, we will meet again in August.
