Although we have announced it in several places, it will never be as official as doing it in the blockchain and in our community. The second edition of the largest Hive event in Cuba will be held next Saturday, August 26, at the Galería Gorria, the same place where we did it on the previous occasion. The schedule is still to be confirmed, but we will try to start shortly after noon and end in the afternoon, I repeat that we still do not have the data, but it is always good to have it in mind.
What we can reveal are the conferences that will be held this year and those in charge of them. Yesterday a part of the team reached a consensus on this issue and we just defined several ideas. That does not mean that these talks can vary a little until the day of the event, but we do not believe that will happen. What we think will be different from the previous edition is to focus on improving the information we provide, so that we do not need to talk so much about technical things that can be confusing for those who start and all the presentations will be designed in that way. Make sure you know each conference and one more thing we have in mind to do.
Aunque ya lo anunciamos en varios lugares, nunca será tan oficial como hacerlo en la cadena de bloques y en nuestra comunidad. La segunda edición del evento de Hive más grande de Cuba se realizará el próximo sábado 26 de agosto en la [Galería Gorria](https://galeriatallergorria.com/), mismo lugar donde lo realizamos en la anterior ocasión. El horario aún queda por confirmar, pero buscaremos que comience poco después del mediodía y termine en la tarde, repito que aún no tenemos el dato, pero siempre es bueno que lo vayan teniendo en cuenta.
Lo que si podemos desvelar son las conferencias que se realizaran este año y los encargados de ellas. Ayer una parte del equipo llego a un consenso sobre este tema y acabamos de definir varias ideas. Eso no quita que estas charlas puedan varias un poco hasta el día del evento, pero no creemos que suceda. En lo que si pensamos ser diferentes de la edición anterior es enfocarnos en mejorar la información que brindamos, de forma que no necesitemos de hablar tanto de cosas técnicas que para quien comienza pueda ser confuso y todas las presentaciones estarán pensadas de esa forma. Cerciórate de conocer cada conferencia y una cosa más que tenemos pensado hacer.

Conferences:
Introduction: this first part will be the presentation of the community and a summary of its trajectory since the last edition. It will be presented by @manuphotos.
Hive Basics: @noakmilo will talk about the basics that need to be known, what any Hive user should know regardless of what they do, whether they are content creators, gamers, visual artists, developers or investors.
Possibilities for everyone: according to each Hive application (dapp) or how it is used, there are hundreds of use cases for Hive. About those cases, @janetedita and @crptogeek will talk
Hits and misses: we have the idea of presenting those cases of successes of Cubans within Hive, from how many have managed to get a job to how others have created startups related to Hive. This will be a talk where several will participate and will be conducted by @manuphotos.
One more thing
This year we want to focus more on Networking, that's why there are fewer talks than last time because we didn't have much time for it at the time. But at the time of Networking, we want to add one more thing and they are stands of different Hive applications where a person from the team is in charge of answering any questions about it and promoting it. This is part of a strategy that focuses on promoting the dapps more than the blockchain itself, for newbies it is less confusing if you talk about an application than several technical things.
We have already talked to dapps like @leofinance and @liketu who see this initiative in a good light, and who are already supporting us for it to happen. We hope that other dapps can join like @threespeak, @peakd, @ecency, and all those who wish. We hope this publication serves as a call to action on this because we have not had time to contact all the dapps we would like.

Introducción: esta primera parte será la presentación como tal de la comunidad y un resumen de su trayectoria desde la anterior edición. Sera presentado por @manuphotos.
Bases de Hive: @noakmilo nos hablará de lo básico que se necesita conocer, lo que cualquier usuario de Hive debe saber sin importar lo que haga, ya sea creador de contenido, gamer, artista visual, desarrollador o inversor.
Posibilidades para todos: según cada aplicación (dapp) de Hive o la forma en que se utilicen existen cientos de casos de uso para Hive. Sobre esos casos conversaran @janetedita y @crptogeek
Aciertos y desaciertos: tenemos la idea de presentar esos casos de éxitos de cubanos dentro de Hive, desde como varios han logrado obtener empleo hasta como otros han creado startups relacionadas a Hive. Esta será una charla donde varios participaran y será conducida por @manuphotos.
Una cosa mas
Este año queremos enfocarnos más en el Networking, es por ello que hay menor cantidad de charlas que la vez anterior pues tuvimos poco tiempo para ello en su momento. Pero al momento del Networking le queremos agregar una cosas más y son stands de distintas aplicaciones de Hive donde una persona del equipo se encargue de responder cualquier pregunta sobre esta y promocionarla. Esto forma parte de una estrategia que se enfoque en promocionar más las dapps que la blockchain en sí, para los newbies es menos confuso si le hablas de una aplicación que de varias o de cosas técnicas.
Ya hemos hablado con dapps como @leofinance y @liketu que ven con buenos ojos esta iniciativa, y que ya nos estan apoyando para que suceda. Esperamos que otras dapps puedan sumarse como @threespeak, @peakd, @ecency y todas las que lo deseen. Esperamos que esta publicación sirva como una llamada a la acción sobre esto, pues no hemos tenido tiempo de contactar a todas las dapps que quisiéramos.
