The Federal Reserve wants to put out a digital dollar to repair and reformat the US payments sector in the wake of this "pandemic". The Federal Reserve is NOT part of our government it is privately owned. The plan is to get you chipped and tracked and to make all money digital. They introduce the problem (c*vid) then engineer a response (lockdowns, curfews, destroying the world economy and small businesses) then deliver the solution (digital currency, one world government).
