Gooooooood ebbbbbbbennnning ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the results of Week 2 of Last Man Standing. Wow what a weekend!! We had 5 out of 9 results ended in draws. Draws are Last Man Standing kryptonite and it means contestants that have their teams draw are eliminated from the contest.
There were 4 contestants that did not give me a team this week so they were all awarded the first team in alphabetical order which was Arsenal. They are denoted with an (A) after their team selection.
The only survivors from Saturdays round of fixtures were the contestants that chose West Ham and Aston Villa. Everyone else was eliminated as these were the only two teams that won.
So we have to say goodbye to @b0s @ogeewitty @micheal87 @blockchainfpl @arcange @korver and @saif-ul-wahab. Unlucky lads. It was just the week that was in it. @ogeewitty I am sorry to see you go my friend but Arsenal won so every cloud. One of your friends sent us a video of you after the match yesterday.

I think the West Ham selection was pretty shrewd by @talesfrmthecrypt @amirtheawesome1 and @emeka4 because the irons are nowhere near as bad as the table suggests but Everton are. They have a weak team out of the way with the big guns left to pick so well done to those contestants for being risky early on.
We then rolled onto Sunday and 9 of the contestants picked the League Champions Man City and judging by Saturdays results, rightly so. A convincing 3 nil win and Haaland back to his hat trick scoring self meant that there were now 11 contestants through and we were not down to the final contestants just yet.

A few of you did not select any team and you were automatically selected Arsenal and they came up and beat United in a very exciting game indeed. So you guys got through for being lazy. Congratulations. So the last game on Monday was over just a few minutes ago. @thoth442 was holding up the show by picking Tottenham who played Fulham this evening but that game was never in doubt. It was only a formality. Anyway here are the full results for week 2. A few fallers but the peloton go through.

Fixtures Week 3
So let's have a look at next week. City versus Spurs is a difficult one but there are a few nice selections that could either smooth your route to the next round or are they a stumbling block? Would you back Liverpool and Chelsea with their current form? Are Arsenal a banker or will Everton be delighted that they got rid of Lampard that they might show up and win?
