It has been more than a year since my son began training at the Foundatión The Children's, where he has evolved thanks to the training of the teacher, who with great dedication, effort and patience, attends to more than fifty children in different categories. When he started he felt a little insecure and when he played he felt a bit like a midfielder having the ball at his feet, but now thanks to all these practices he feels very good with the group of children, with his coach and with the whole team..
It should be noted that this team debuting in the ancestor championship, with only three months of practice, managed to obtain the runner-up in the sub 10 category. Currently they all went to the sub 12 category, where they are once again participating in this new tournament, in which they faced three teams, and have already won two games out of three. They are advancing in this championship, seeking to qualify for the semifinal and then the final.
Given that this group does not have a game on the weekend, then the teacher organized a friendly meeting with another team from this sector in the Sub 12 and Sub 14 categories, so yesterday Thursday we moved to The Tanks sector , to carry out this meeting which serves as preparation for the tournament. In the first game with the sub 12 category where my son is, almost all the children played, in the first half they managed to score the opposing team 2 x 0 and in the second half it was quite busy, because The Foundation team had many opportunities to score more goals, finally managing to score a third goal, winning this way The foundation n 3 x 0 against The Tanks.
After enjoying this game of the group of children of the sub 12, then the game of the Sub 14 categories began, in this the youngsters play faster, The Foundation team managed to score 2 goals in the first half and then the team of the Tanks managed to tie, in this game it was a mixed group because there were not only young people from the Under 14 category but also other ages, it was practically a game where one of the participants' home physical conditions were put into practice. In the end they were tied and it was defined by penalties where the winners were The Tanks 4 x 3 team.
This type of friendly encounters with other teams seems to me an excellent idea from the coach, because through these games children and young people are acquiring that experience in handling the ball so that they have greater security and are coupled as a team to the time to face each other in a Foundation tournament. At the end of the two meetings we returned to La foundation and on Friday other categories will be participating in the tournament in the afternoon.
