One final match for this season is played on Thursday for the last European Ticket between the 5th of Playoff 1 (Antwerp) and the winner of Playoff 2 (Charleroi) played over just 1 match. My viel along with some final bets on this one...
Antwerp vs Charleroi
Antwerp simply was not good enough in playoff 1 against way better teams but still ended with a 1-1 draw at home against Club Brugge leaving them with a somewhat positive feeling into this match for the final European Ticket. Charleroi were the team who wanted it the most in Playoff 2 against generally poorer opponents taking 6 wins, 3 draws and just 1 loss. Generally over the years, most of the time the Playoff 1 team managed to get the best in this encounter aside from AA Gent who pulled it off a couple times. Purely on quality at the moment these teams are close and with the momentum and belief on Charleroi I kept an eye hoping for a +0.5 line at 1.8+ odds knowing the market likely wasn't going to be that generous. This turns out to be the case as it's a +0.25 line around those odds which feels arbou fair and not worth the gamble for me. I do however expect a rather cautios start from both teams and would be surprised it it was a wide open 1st half. These teams also tend to crawl back a bit instead of push more in case they take the lead. So I like the under which feels set a bit too high and spread 0.5 units in total between... 0.245 units on

Under 2.75 @ 1.908. I also will be looking to back the team who falls behind on the corners handicap as I see more chance they create those while the opponent crawls back instead of easily making the 1-1.
