They've been saying it isn't only Carlo Ancelotti working, he has his son working with him and it's his son he call unto when things seems not fine or gone wrong, and when David Ancelotti advice his father (Carlo Ancelotti) things go perfectly for the club they coach. It's obvious that Ancelotti have a good adviser or a good assistant, but Jorggen klopp people think he's always on his own, he didn't have a good adviser or an assistant like Carlo Ancelotti, but that may be a wrong impression because he would surely have an assistance as a coach and we never hear it in news that he and his assistant have clash or his assistant report that he didn't heed his advice.
Carlo Ancelotti and David ancelotti own is obvious, Jorggen klopp's own is not obvious and there are coaches like that, which may not be obvious like that of the two Ancelottis, but they surely take and heed advices from their assistance or anyone from the coaching staff or crew. No successful man do it all alone, they may be good, but they can't know it all and if they exist, it's just few of them and they are very rare. You'll see pep Guardiola sitting and talking to his Coach staffs or his assistance concerning what they can do next, just to win.
On the Manchester City last match against Aston Villa, I noticed that Pep walked to his assistant and ask him what else he can do and if must be his assistant that advised him go introduce Ilkay Gundogan and he heed the advice because they don't want to use Ikay Gundogan again as they didn't offer him contact as they offer others, they are obviously chasing Gundogan away but his contract is still on with Manchester City, he is still their player and has he was introduced, he saved Manchester City, he helped them have the 3 points that they need to win the English premier league.
So, it's not only Carlo Ancelotti that have someone giving him advice, other too have but it's just not obvious.
