Today we will embark into a journey that will take us from Tokyo - Japan 🇯🇵 to Parnu - Estonia 🇪🇪 moving from the Olympic tennis tournaments to @OLICRYPTO - the Bitcoin Cash Ambassador !
Tokyo 2020 Tennis Tournament
The women's gold was won by Belinda Bencic (Switzerland). Vondrousova had to accept Bencic dominance and the Olympic Silver Medal.
Elina Svitolina (Ukraine) won the match for the bronze medal against Rybakina. Elina was busier with her wedding lately which probably influenced her tennis.
Alexander Zverev (Germany) is the new Olympic gold medal winner. He won the Tokyo 2020 final against Khachanov and shows that the Next Gen player is ready to challenge the legendary trio Federer - Nadal - Djokovic. Now he must show his top form in Grand Slams.
The ATP number 1, Novak Djokovic, lost the game for the bronze to Carrreno-Busta. He acted like a sour loser when he smashed his racket. Djokovic will maintain the #1 ATP after the Olympics but lost his aura of invincibility.
From Tokyo we travel to Estonia, at Parnu, where @OLICRYPTO started the journey in the qualifying rounds. Kaia Kanepi, ranked 81 in the world, and Giulia Gatto-Moticone are the top seeds.
Sasha finished the first game in only 56 minutes, winning 6-1 6-1 against Elisabeth Iila from Estonia. She won 7 out 0f 9 break points.
In the second round of the qualifications, @OLICRYPTO won 6-2 6-3 against Jacquline Nylander Altelius from Sweden. Must be highlighted the 95% rate in the second serves, where 19 out of 20 were winners.
Sasha qualified in the main rounds, where she will face Ekaterina Kazionova from Russia. Sasha's opponent is 2 years older and 234 positions ahead but this should be an issue if Sasha maintains her current level of play! Go Sasha!
