Hello 🥺 I hope you are well and have had a nice day. This time I'm going to bring you in this publication a little different from what I usually upload and as summarized as possible for the community, the repair of a clutch drafted with the help of my dad.
We have a car this is a 2012 Chery Arauca, unfortunately the clutch was damaged and my dad decided to fix it on his own. To repair this we realized that it is necessary to disassemble the entire dashboard of the car because it is attached to a safety bar that carries the car, inside the board, it is a bit difficult to access so you have to start to disassemble what would be the steering wheel or the complete cane. We proceed then with the dashboard because you have to remove some screws that I'm going to mark it on the picture.
Once the board is removed we remove the bar on which the pedal board is glued, once the bar is removed we will remove the pedal board by removing some screws that will also be shown in the next photo
Once already having the pedalboard out, we can see how it is damaged, apparently the previous owner of the car had done a job but that work was damaged, this time my dad will improve the work that was done and reinforce the piece as that material is a bit "weak" so to speak.
Here we are currently welding, repairing and reinforcing the base of the pedalboard. Once the reinforcement is complete this is what it looks like.
When we are satisfied with the reinforcement, we proceed to assemble all the pieces in place. This is how the assembly is going to look like. It's a bit of a hassle but the result was successful, and now our cart is rolling down the street.😁😁🥰
Hola 🥺 Espero que se encuentren bien y hayan tenido un muy bonito día. En esta oportunidad les voy a traer en esta publicación un poco distinta a lo que suelo subir y lo más resumida posible para la comunidad, la reparación de un croche redactado con la ayuda de mi papá.
Nosotros tenemos un carro este es un Chery Arauca del año 2012, lamentablemente se dañó el croche y mi papá decidió arreglarlo por su cuenta. Para reparar esto nos dimos cuenta que es necesario desarmar todo el tablero del automóvil porque el va agarrado a una barra de seguridad que lleva el carro, interno del tablero, es un poco difícil el acceso por lo que se tiene que empezar a desmontar lo que sería el volante o la caña completa. Procedemos luego con el tablero porque hay que retirar algunos tornillos que se los voy a marcar en la foto.
Una vez retirado el tablero despegamos la barra en la cual está pegada la pedalera, ya retirada la barra vamos a despegar la pedalera quitando unos tornillos que también serán mostrados en la siguiente foto.
Una vez ya teniendo la pedalera afuera, podemos observar como está dañada, al parecer el dueño anterior del carro le había hecho un trabajo pero ese trabajo se dañó, en esta oportunidad mi papá va a mejorar el trabajo que se le hizo y a reforzar la pieza ya que ese material es un poco "débil" por así decirlo.
Aquí en este momento estamos haciendo la soldadura, la reparación y el refuerzo de la base de la pedalera. Una vez culminado el refuerzo así es como se ve.
Estando satisfechos con el refuerzo, procedemos a ensamblar todas las piezas en su sitio. Así es como va quedando el armado. Es un poco fastidioso pero el resultado fue exitoso, y ahora nuestro carrito está rodando en la calle.😁😁🥰
