Greetings friends of hivemotors I hope you are all well, today I am going to tell you about a job that almost drove me crazy in the workshop; I was already stubborn because that ECO SPORT arrived with a very complicated fault.

It turned out that the truck was running very well, I turned it on in the workshop and had no fault everything was going very well so I told the customer that his car had nothing, he told me to take 25 liters of gasoline because when the meter marked half a tank of fuel was that the fault was caught. So I did as I did and indeed the truck failed so I started to check the surface electrical connections and they were in very good condition, I also checked the fuel filters and they were fine and I also measured the fuel pressure and it was at the exact marker. I couldn't find anything else to check, I checked the cam and crankshaft sensors and they were also fine.

So I decided to take out the capsule which is the part where the fuel pump or fuel cell is and when I took it out, what do you think? Well that truck is not on fire thank God because in the state in which it was in the electrical system is catastrophic.

But the fault as I am going to show the photos is that the connectors by the false contact were heating and that caused the connectors were loose so I deduced that when the gas tank was full by the prediction kept the connect tight and when the fuel level dropped in half tank and no longer had much precision and connect it came out and that made the car fail and shut down.

So I proceeded to repair all the wires and connectors well tinned for better contact and as you can not put black adhesive sits black because gasoline damages it and falls I put thermo shrink that for this type of work I suggest a lot, it is a bit expensive but worth it for this type of work.

After having mounted the gas pump and having removed more than half of the gas and having gone around with the owner of the truck, the client told me with a smile "excellent", what a great satisfaction for me.

Saludos amigos de hivemotors espero que todos se encuentren bien, hoy les voy a contar sobre un trabajo que casi me vuelve loco en el taller; ya estaba obstinado pues esa ECO SPORT llegó con una falla muy complicada.

Resultada que la camioneta andaba muy bien ósea la prendí en el taller y no tenía ninguna falla todo marchaba muy bien así que le dije al cliente que su carro no tenía nada, el me dijo que le sacara 25 litros de gasolina ya que cuando el medidor marcaba medio tanque de combustible era que agarraba la falla. Así que hice tal cual y si efectivamente la camioneta fallaba así que empecé a revisar las conexiones eléctricas superficiales y estaban en muy buen estado, también revisé los filtros de gasolina y estaban muy bien y también le medí la presión a pila de gasolina y estaba en el marcador exacto. Ya no hallaba que revisar, chequee los sensores de la leva y del cigüeñal y también estaban bien.

Así que decidí sacar la cápsula que es la pieza donde esta la bomba o pila de gasolina y cuando la saque ¿Qué crees? Bueno esa camioneta no sea prendido en candela gracias a Dios porque en el estado en qué de encontraba el sistema eléctrico es catastrófico.

Pero la falla como les voy a mostrar el las fotos es que ya los conectores por el falso contacto se estaban calentando y eso causaba que los conectores quedarán flojos así que deduje que cuando el tanque de gasolina estaba full por la predicción mantenía el conectar apretado y cuando bajaba el nivel de combustible en medio tanque ya no tenía mucha precisión el y conectar se salía y eso hacia que el carro fallará y se apagará.

Así que procedí a reparar todos los cables y los conectores bien estañados para un mejor contacto y como no se le puede colocar sienta adhesiva negra porque la gasolina lo daña y se cae le coloque termo contraíble que para este tipo de trabajo lo sugiero mucho, es un poco costoso pero vale la pena para este tipo de trabajo.

Después de haber montado la bomba de gasolina y haberle sacado más de la mitad de gasolina y dar varías vueltas con el dueño de la camioneta el cliente con una sonrisa me dijo “excelente”, que gran satisfacción para mí.
