Saludos amigos de hivemotors es un placer volver a escribir en esta comunidad y da pena pues es que con lo escasos que están los trabajos de mecánica acá en la zona no e podido hacer trabajos. Así que hoy decidí hacerle mantenimiento a algunas herramientas del taller.
Por ejemplo hoy le hice mantenimiento a un rache de cuadrante ½ pulgada; esta herramienta en algunas veces cuando iba a ajustar algún tornillo u tuerca pelaba o sonaba muy feo.
Greetings friends of hivemotors is a pleasure to write again in this community and it is a shame because with the scarcity of mechanical work here in the area I have not been able to do work. So today I decided to do maintenance to some tools in the workshop. For example today I did some maintenance to a ½ inch dial tool; this tool sometimes when I was going to adjust a screw or nut it peeled or sounded very ugly.
Los raches en un taller mecánico son muy importantes y la hora de trabajar son cómodos ya que nos prestan una mejor y más fácil ajuste de cualquier pieza que estemos colocando.
Por eso hay que tenerlas en buen estado aunque sean un poco viejas
Aquí les muestro el desarmado de esta herramienta y el proceso de limpieza y su armado, algo que si note es que el ruido que ocasionaba el rache es porque no tenía grasa ya que este componente lo mantiene lubricado y protege los otros elementos metálicos.
The raches in a mechanic workshop are very important and at the time of working they are comfortable since they give us a better and easier adjustment of any piece that we are placing. That is why we must have them in good condition even if they are a little old. Here I show you the disassembly of this tool and the cleaning process and its assembly, something that I noticed is that the noise that caused the rache is because it had no grease as this component keeps it lubricated and protects the other metal elements.
Ya aquí estoy con el armado de este rache y también lubricándolo con grasa azul que es muy buena; por cierto ya no me queda mucha 😅😅
