A good and a bad customer experience || Una Buena y una mala experiencia como cliente (ESP/ENG)

Que tal amigos de #HiveMotors, el dia de hoy les traigo mi entrada al concurso #mechanicalexperience el cual parece mentira pero me cae como anillo al dedo, por que aun siendo mecanico he tenido que recurrir a otros mecánicos que se dedican a cosas que yo no hago como es el caso de la refrigeracion automotriz, donde no poseo el conocimiento para realizar cargas de gas y esas cosas que conlleva el mantenimiento y reparación de este ya que nunca he poseído las herramientas necesarias para llevar acá este tipo de trabajo y bueno comencemos por mi mala experiencia a la hora de ser cliente que me tocó lastimosamente pagar por novato y claro por confiarme conociendo a los mecánicos maracuchos. o en general como son los mecánicos que les gusta hacerse de mala fama! ahora si podemos seguir !

Howdy friends of #HiveMotors, today I bring you my entry to the #mechanicalexperience contest which seems like a lie but it fits me like a glove, because even being a mechanic I have had to resort to other mechanics who are dedicated to things that I do not do as is the case of automotive refrigeration, where I do not have the knowledge to perform gas charges and those things that entails the maintenance and repair of this as I have never possessed the necessary tools to carry here this type of work and well let's start with my bad experience when I was a customer that I had to pay unfortunately for novice and of course for trusting knowing the mechanics maracuchos. or in general as are the mechanics who like to get a bad reputation! now if we can continue!.

Mala Experiencia

Comenzamos cuando un dia la camioneta que usaba dejo de enfriar en una cola, y que paso? bueno boto el gas por una fuga en el condensador como pueden ver en la siguiente foto donde se puede apreciar la mancha de aceite señalada dentro del círculo rojo!

We started when one day the truck I was using stopped cooling in a queue, and what happened? well it leaked gas due to a leak in the condenser as you can see in the following picture where you can see the oil stain marked inside the red circle!

En ese momento la solución fue sencilla un evaporador en mejores condiciones comprar gas, y hacerle servicio al sistema y cargar nuevamente el gas con su aceite especial para mantener lubricado las piezas móviles del compresor, Piezas móviles internas claramente

At that time the solution was simple an evaporator in better condition buy gas, and service the system and reload the gas with its special oil to keep lubricated the moving parts of the compressor, internal moving parts clearly.

Ahora bien todo se hizo, servicio prueba de presión y carga de gas como veran en las siguientes fotos de un poco del proceso, ya que esto pase hace mucho es mas, me sorprende tener fotos de esto.

Acá es donde comienza de nuevo mi dolor de cabeza, error del mecanico y tambien mi error no revisar el trabajo resulta que a la semana y media boto todo el gas. por qué? el mecánico había dejado una tubería de alta presión floja y con el transcurrir de los días esta se soltó dañando la rosca de la carcasa del compresor donde iba sujetado perdiendo el trabajo, el gas todo, se perdió por completo el trabajo recientemente hecho, y lo peor fue que el mecánico nunca reconoció su error y tuve que correr con los gastos de reparar la rosca dañada y todo el proceso nuevamente, ahora si echo todo por mi excepto la prueba de presión y carga de gas.

Here is where my headache starts again, the mechanic's mistake and also my mistake not to check the work, it turns out that a week and a half later the gas leaked. why? the mechanic had left a high pressure pipe loose and as the days went by it came loose damaging the thread of the compressor housing where it was fastened losing the work, the gas everything, the recently done work was completely lost, and the worst thing was that the mechanic never recognized his mistake and I had to bear the cost of repairing the damaged thread and the whole process again, now if I did everything for me except the pressure test and gas charge.

Una mala experiencia de la cual aprendí y reafirme que las cosas para que queden bien siempre tiene que hacerlas uno mismo, o por lo menos eso fue mi aprendizaje y si alguien mas las hace, luego reviso ya que es cierto que no siempre nos vamos a dedicar a todo, no se puede ser todero.

A bad experience from which I learned and reaffirmed that to get things right you always have to do them yourself, or at least that was my learning and if someone else does them, then I will check because it is true that we are not always going to dedicate ourselves to everything, you can't be a jack of all trades.

Luego de esto no tuve mas problemas con el A/C de la camioneta asi que bueno en el mal trago fue superado con éxito.

Podemos decir que como cliente no tuve suerte en este momento pagué la novatada de mala manera así que mi experiencia fue horrible y espero no pasar nuevamente por ello.

Ahora si la buena experiencia!..... Todo no tiene que ser malo con los mecánicos jajaja habemos unos que si trabajamos como es! de alguna forma tenemos que defender el gremio

La buena experiencia como Cliente de un taller mecánico!

La mejor experiencia fue un trabajo de bruñido al block del lancer que tanto ha modelado para #hivemotors, esto fue hace dos años y el trato que recibí en esa rectificadora fue lo mejor ¿Por que? ahora te cuento

The best experience was a honing work to the block of the lancer that has modeled so much for #hivemotors, this was two years ago and the treatment I received in that grinding machine was the best.

Bueno me encontraba haciendo el motor del lancer, hace 2 años ya y como todo motor que se está haciendo desde 0 tenemos que medir tolerancias para saber si sigue estando "Stock" o ya tenemos que llevarlo a una medida poco mayor para compensar o eliminar el desgaste.

Well I was making the lancer engine, 2 years ago and like any engine that is being made from 0 we have to measure tolerances to know if it is still "Stock" or we have to take it to a little larger size to compensate or eliminate wear.

Total que desarmó mi block y lo llevó a la rectificadora para medir y saber si debo rectificar para mi sorpresa el block no ameritaba rectificar pero si bruñir los cilindros porque ya estos habían perdido su característico color mate y su porosidad estaba liso totalmente liso. y para mi sorpresa y esta es una de las mejores ellos me ofrecieron Bruñir los cilindros con un super descuento, me dejaron casi regalado el bruñido es más tuve que pagar una tontería no era ni la tercera parte del costo real!.

El trabajo quedo a la altura es mas el lancer hasta los momentos no consumía ni una gota de aceite y no sale nada de humor por el escape y los niveles de compresión sigue igual el trabajo quedo perfecto y estoy sumamente agradecido por ese gesto de la rectificadora, nunca antes había corrido con tanta suerte!

Fue la mejor aun lo recuerdo y son pocas las palabras que describan los importante que fue ese trabajo y lo feliz que estaba por que no tuve que pagar el precio real, gracias a eso puede invertir el dinero en otras piezas sin tener daños a mi cartera!

It was the best I still remember and there are few words to describe how important that work was and how happy I was because I did not have to pay the real price, thanks to that I can invest the money in other pieces without having damage to my wallet!

Podría seguir contando muchas más malas y buenas experiencias pero para no extender de más y cumpliendo las reglas cabe destacar que estas han sido las experiencias que para mi fueron las más resaltantes para compartir con ustedes ya que estoy seguro muchos hemos pasado por alguna de ellas o quizás no. pero bueno esta fue mi entrada al concurso #mechanicalexperience de verdad la buena experiencia fue muy satisfactoria y espero tener una experiencia similar con un proyecto que tengo entre manos! que posiblemente pronto serán los primeros en saber
