Comenzamos esta semana trabajando en mi Nueva bicicleta la cual ha tenido ciertas fallas, digamos que las voy descubriendo, poco a poco así que el dia de hoy me toco cambiar el cable o (Guaya) del descarrilador trasero, y aparte corregir un problema con la Pacha o (Piña Cassette) que lamentablemente vino con un detalle de fabrica pero se pudo solucionar.

Comencemos con el reemplazo de la guaya de cambios, Lo primero que intente fue usar una genérica y no funciono para nada, el tamaño no era suficiente apenas llegaba al descarrilador y los cambios trabajaban horribles, no funcionaba bien, por lo que tuve que comprar una de marca reconocida, por cierto no fue barata pero era necesaria para el buen funcionamiento de las velocidades

Cabe destacar que el cable generico mide aproximadamente 1,8 metros y esta original marca shimano mide 2.10 mm una diferencia muy notable en cuanto a diámetro y calidad del material y por supuesto costo. la shimano cuesta 3$ y la genérica 0.50 asi que definitivamente la calidad debe notarse y de verdad se nota!, por eso siempre como recomendación usar productos de calidad ya que lo barato sale caro, en como fue en mi caso, no fue la solución.

Cabe destacar que en mi bicicleta y cualquier otra el buen funcionamiento del sistema de cambios es necesario y muy importante ya que el tipo de cambios podría decirse es secuencial y una tensión excesiva en el shifter puede dañarlo aparte que se fuerza la cadena y el descarrilador debido a que los cambios, o no entran o se tarda en entrar, en mi caso tardaban en entrar y entraban de golpe, bastante molesto.

Luego de colocar el forro y armar todo el sistema antes de cortar el cable a la medida yo recomiendo graduar los cambios este proceso es largo y necesita de mucha paciencia y por supuesto varía según la marca de los componentes de nuestra bicicleta pero lo que debemos es conseguir la tensión correcta entre nuestro descarrilador y el shifter para que cuando hagamos un cambio ascendente suba de manera correcta, y al descender igual.

El problema a corregir en cuestión es al momento de dejar de pedalear lo normal es que cuando nosotros dejamos de pedalear la piña tiene que quedarse quieta, la mía a los días de uso al dejar de pedalear esta tendía a seguir pedaleando lo que causaba que la cadena se enrollara, estaba demasiado ajustada, esto ocurre por problemas de armado ya que no es una piña de marca, es una generica que espero pronto reemplazar por una de mejor calidad, pero por ahora para garantizar su buen funcionamiento tuve que agregar este suplemento.
