Hello friends, yesterday after checking the internal contacts of the dryer control clock, I thought the dryer was going to work, but it didn't, the dryer didn't want to start, but really, I was sure the clock was fine, but even so, I called my sister to test the timer of my dryer on hers since they are both the same model, so this morning when I was removing the timer I decided to check the positive wire that comes out of the timer to activate the motor, that's when I could see that two wires were melted, even stuck together, I immediately said, here's the problem! These cables were hidden between the entire end of the cable and even to the side of the motor base. I tell you that the strange thing is that a few days ago I was shining the flashlight on all this end of the cable and I did not realize this detail. Thank God, today it occurred to me to check all this wiring again and I was finally able to detect the fault.

Hola amigos, ayer después de revisar y hacerle el mantenimiento al reloj de control de la secadora, y luego montarlo nuevamente, la secadora no quiso prender, pero en verdad, yo estaba seguro de que el reloj estaba bien, pero aun así, llamé a mi hermana para que me permitiera probar el reloj de mi secadora en la suya ya que las dos son del mismo modelo, así que hoy en la mañana cuando retiraba el reloj decidí revisar el cable positivo que sale del reloj para activar el motor, fue entonces cuando pude ver que dos cables estaban fundidos, incluso estaban pegados, e inmediatamente dije, ¡Aquí esta el problema! estos cables estaban ocultos entre todo el ramal de cables y aun lado de la base del motor, les cuento que lo extraño de todo, es que hace unos días estuve alumbrando con la linterna todo este ramal de cables y no me di cuenta de este detalle, gracias a Dios, hoy se me ocurrió volver a revisar toda esta cablería y al fin pude detectar la falla.

If friends, after checking several electrical components of the dryer, without being able to solve the problem, I even had to check the motor, I tell you that, with a new attempt, I was finally able to find the cause of the failure, the problem was caused by some melted wires that were hidden. Between the ends of the wires, these wires are connected to the clock, the heating resistor and the motor. I could see that the cables were fused right where there are some splices, so I think they were fused due to excessive temperature, maybe it did not activate the thermal fuse, this is another detail that must be checked, next I will show you the details of the cables that I found melted and the repair process.

Si amigos, después de revisar varios componentes eléctricos de la secadora, sin poder solucionar el problema, incluso tuve que revisar el motor, les comento que, con un nuevo intento, por fin pude encontrar la causa de la falla, el problema lo causaron unos cables derretidos que estaban ocultos. Entre los extremos de los cables, estos cables están conectados al reloj, la resistencia de calentamiento y el motor. Pude ver que los cables estaban fusionados justo donde hay unos empalmes, entonces creo que estaban fusionados por exceso de temperatura, tal vez no activó el fusible térmico, este es otro detalle que hay que revisar, a continuación les mostraré los detalles de los cables que encontré fundidos y el proceso de reparación.
