Well friends, yesterday I remembered that in the warehouse years ago I had kept the body of a 1/2 hp peripheral pump from the SONAMEX brand, very similar to the PEDROLO brand in terms of quality and performance, the only difference is that the field of stator is a little longer than the PEDROLO, the difference is more or less a centimeter, so I don't know if the mass of the Pedrolo shaft can work, this shaft is longer because this SONAMEX pump was a self-priming type. , which differs from common pumps by the impeller container since it is larger; I had this pump saved as a spare because the shaft and impeller housing were damaged, but look, now I need it.

Para solucionar este problema, lleve la bomba a un taller de embobinados, y allí me están cobrando la cantidad de 40 dólares por ese embobinado, en realidad, no sé de la calidad del alambre de cobre que le van a poner, pero me dan una grantia de 30 días.

Esta bomba SONAMEX era del tipo auto-cebante, que se diferencian de las bombas comunes por el envase del impuldor ya que es más grande; hace años, a esta bomba se le había dañado el eje y el envase del impulsor, por lo que decidí guardarla como repuesto, y fíjense, ahora la necesito.

Si amigos, en vista del alto costo del embobinado de la bomba que se me quemó, he pensado en armar una bomba usando partes de esta bomba y el embobinado del motor de otra bomba que tenia guardada de la marcaSONAMEX, todo es cuestión de armar estas piezas, lo importante es que los huecos de los tornillos de la carcasa de la bomba SONAMEX, coinciden con la pieza del impulsor de la bomba que se me quemó, también coinciden con los huecos de la tapa posterior, por lo que creo que estas dos piezas acoplen bien.

Antes de acoplar el cuerpo del motor de la bomba SONAMEX con el cuerpo del impulsor de la bomba PEDROLO, tengo que conseguir un eje del rotor del mismo largo del embobinado de la SONAMEX, porque la masa del eje de la PEDROLO no lo quiero usar porque es más corto, aunque la diferencia no es mucho, es de un centimetro, pero puede influir en algo, así que mejor es buscar otro eje que sea del mismo largo del campo del estator SONAMEX.
Bueno amigos, con la actual crisis economica que se vive en Venezuela, los venezolanos tienen que inventar e ingeniarselas para poder solucionar un problema en casa, porque los pocos ingresos que se puedan obtener, se gastan en comidas, aunque de las situaciones malas también aprendemos, sobre todo a cuidar y valorar nuestras cosas, por lo menos si logro salvar esta bomba, me ahorraría esos 40 dólares del embobinado que los puedo gastar o invertir en otra cosa, de manera que voy a intentar armar una bomba con los repuestos de estas dos bombas, Dios quiera que esta bomba funcione como debe ser.
