Today I have a guest with a very unique motorbike and rarely found on the road, because the automatic motorbike that has been assembled into a freight rickshaw is strange.
This is a type of Yamaha Mio Soul 2012 motorcycle, already equipped with injection sophistication, it is very unfortunate and very difficult for this motorbike if there is damage to the CVT box, if the CVT part is damaged it is very difficult for a mechanic to disassemble because it is blocked by the cart, the space between the CVT and the cart only has about 15cm, just imagine if the Van belt is broken, how difficult the mechanics are to work.
Because automatic motorbikes are not recommended to be custom made into carts, the reason is because it is difficult to disassemble CVT parts.
Fortunately, this motorbike was taken to the repair shop, not the CVT part was damaged, the damage was only in the injector, the pump in the tank, the starter dynamo
Before I disassemble some of the main damage, the most important thing I check is the battery because almost all the damage to the motor that uses the injection oil system is caused by weak battery ignition,
So I immediately removed the battery from the motor to charge it because the battery was already weak so the parts that needed ignition from the battery would not work optimally.
After I charged it for two hours, I was lucky that the battery of this motorbike was full and could be used again.
This is me in the process of disassembling the injection and checking the parts of the cables.
Injection there is no damage that requires replacing one part of the part, only damage caused by dirt that has accumulated in the injector and at the ends of all sensors, so that when the motor is running there are several warning or notification lights that light up because the sensor is covered in dirt so the sensor can't read the movement of the wind and oil that goes into the combustion chamber.
The solution is very easy and doesn't cost a fortune, just disassemble all the parts of the injector, spray all the holes in the injector using a special liquid, after all the holes are sprayed don't forget to clean using gasoline because the injector cleaning fluid contains 20 percent water, otherwise cleaned using gasoline, there is a risk that some sensors will be damaged due to water deposition.
Continue to the starter dynamo section which requires this motor to be brought to the workshop because if the automatic motor is made into a tricycle and the starter dynamo dies, it is certain that the motor is very difficult to use the kick starter,
Damage to the starter dynamo, almost all the parts inside and outside the dynamo have been badly damaged so that the dynamo can no longer be used or work properly and correctly.
The damage starts from the outer seal of the dynamo which is useful for protecting dust from entering the dynamo.
The inside gap has also leaked so that the lubricant that is inside comes out until it contaminates the dynamo walls.
The dynamo lava, some of the bullets have been destroyed so that when the dynamo rotates the axle and throttle in the CVT are not balanced and there will be some other damage in the dynamo and in the CVT tub.
