When I checked with the mechanic there and opened the oil cap, I thought the engine oil had decreased because it didn't show up at all.
The mechanic continued, opening the oil drain bolt, and it turned out that the engine oil was dry and there was no residue at all, it was only natural that the engine died suddenly.
Then the owner of the motorbike called me again and told me all about his current motorbike.
Yes, I told him to fill in the oil again, with the hope that the motor will turn on until he gets home and he can go home without having to take an angkot, after filling the oil again and trying to start it a few times, luckily the motor can start again.
Luckily, the damage caused by the dry oil did not damage the radiator water cooler, and the radiator fins were also not damaged, only the fins were dented.
After the motor starts and what happens is a sound like knocking and friction of a blunt object.
After he told me about the sound that came from the engine, I immediately suspected that the motor in the block and piston was badly damaged.
And in the morning the motorbike was immediately brought to my workshop for further checking.
Arriving at the motorcycle workshop where I work, before I unload it, I turn on the motor, listen to the sound of the engine, and try to walk.
It's true what I had in mind yesterday, if the sound like friction and dredging comes from the bearing block and piston.
The color of the engine on the inside changes 199 degrees from a silver base color to a slightly orange brown.
This is caused by the frequent drying of engine oil so that the dirt mixed with oil sticks to the engine walls.
This is another result of dry engine oil, so that all parts in the engine are a bit orange and black in color from dirt mixed with oil.

The method is very easy, just spray on the part you want to clean and then rinse with gasoline and a paint brush.
After all parts of the machine have been cleaned using a special cleaner, do not install it immediately, because the cleaner contains water and is very cold, if you install it directly, there is a fear that condensation will occur so that the new oil will mix with the water caused by the cleaner.

There are very severe scratches due to piston friction or pistons that have no lubricant at all, so the bamboo parts are like this.
This type of block if it is damaged cannot be lathe or increase the size of the piston, the only way is to replace it with a new one.
Regarding the price, it is quite expensive, which is around eight hundred thousand rupiah, and that does not include the cost of dismantling and installing.
and this is what the piston looks like now, the suffering is complete, the wall is badly scratched, the ring is leaking, the head of the crust is very thick, the back color has changed to a slightly dark brown.
If the piston is like this, it is certain that there are two things that are generated, namely:
The first leaks oil into the combustion chamber so that the motor will emit a very thick smoke and smell of oil.
The second will cause a friction sound like the knock of a blunt object because the piston wall is not flat.
the combustion chamber, this very dirty look is not entirely due to the oil entering the combustion chamber,
But also because the motor has never been dismantled in the combustion chamber.
At least dismantle the combustion chamber to clean it every eight months, in order to maximize combustion and the motor does not waste oil.
